Byla jsem v obchodě se synem, paní velmi ochotně vyslechla můj požadavek, prohlédla si syna jak chodí a pečlivě mi vysvětlila co pro něho bude nejlepší varianta. Sice jsme capáčky nepořídili (nebyla velikost), ale i tak se k ní ráda vrátím pro kup nových capáčků popř. botiček. Paní je opravdu člověk na svém místě a velice rozumí tomu co prodává a problematice nožiček. I highly recommend this shop ... a very nice and pleasant lady who can really advise. I was in the shop with my son, the lady was very willing to listen to my request, examined my son as he walked and carefully explained to me what would be the best option for him. Although we did not buy slippers (there was no size), I will still be happy to return to it to buy new slippers or. boots. Když se syn rozplakal, dala mu cas a přišla za chvíli s plyšovým krtečkem a syn si byl pak úplně v pohodě. Už nebudeme chodit nikam jinam. We chose the first shoes for my son and the lady was absolutely great. All she had to do was look at her leg, and she knew exactly what shoes would fit. Plus a great approach. When the son cried, she gave him time and came after a while with a plush mole, and the son was then completely fine. We will not go anywhere else.

Paní hned viděla, že má syn širší nožičky a nabídla nám rovnou botičky, které by mu mohly byt. Vybrali jsme botičky, které mu sedí a nemá potřebu si je sundavat. Bohužel, malej není zvyklý něco na nožičkách mít, tak si je hned sundavá, tak to zatím moc neřešíme. Určitě zde poté zkusíme koupit nějaké další, větší. And also the shoes are great, very soft and light and I loved to have a diffrent choice of brands than the usual ones in Germany. We will be ordering again!
