Tried to upsell instead of listening to what I actually wanted. Needed to go to another location to activate my plan since they had limited English.

The worst possible provider, zero communication between departments, majority of actions can be done only from customer support center by phone and it feels like people working there have no idea what is happening, you wait for approximately an hour (weird to me if they are that popular and have enough resources to buy UPC and provide internet, what is the problem to hire more people?), after an hour waiting you have to tell whole story from the beginning, they tell you some information not anyhow confirmed, that information is not matching to what next person will tell you and if you dare to ask email confirmation they say that they cannot send emails from system. For 3 days i was listening fairytales or fantasy dramas why internet is not working from issue on their side to almost conspiracy theories. Eventually about 10 calls later and 3 days without internet (during pandemic read as WITHOUT WORK) i got internet working BUT new problem, price that was submitted by me in contract is 1/3 less than the one i have in their application. Again calls, listening tales, waiting, some more calls and some more tales. My unfortunate is they are only providing fiber in my building, if you have any other options better choose them but not Vodafone.

As a foreigner do NOT try to call Vodafone CZ on their dedicated phone line. Even though there is an option to get service in English, after a long wait there's a customer rep who will tell you "Even though I speak English I'm not certified for that language" and you are being placed on hold. SEVERAL TIMES, and each time you have to wait what? 1/2 HOUR? In the end you just give up. Vodafone CZ should do better. If you indicate you need service in English then the person you talk to should be "certified in English". Whatever this means. You get faster service or answer to your questions (not always accurate answers though) if you pop up in any Vodafone CZ store and talk face to face to a real person. I was never told in a Vodafone CZ store "Even though I speak English I'm not certified for that language. Go somewhere else".

Not recommend it at all unless you wanna be woken up at night (most probably between 2am and 4 am) on a regular basis! And they even tried to justify it. Unbelievable!
