★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S hrůzou jsem zjistil, že si strhávají 29,-Kč již měsíc za nějaká data, která jsem si neobjednal a ani je nepotřebuji. Tuhle slavnou společnost mi nainstalovali technici spolu se zabezpečením domu. Fuj. Hnus. Nemáte řádnou kontrolu nad službou a bez podpory. Okamžitě zastavuji platby a odcházím. Podávám reklamaci na vyúčtování.
 I was horrified to find that they were deducting CZK 29 for a month for some data that I did not order and do not even need. This famous company was installed by technicians along with house security. Yuck. Disgust. You do not have proper control over the service and without support. I stop payments immediately and leave. I am filing a complaint for billing.

Nejvíc ironie. když se ráno kouknu do telefonu a jen co odemknu obrazovku, vyskočí, že mi došly data, a byly obnoveny za 29,- kč. To by nebylo tak hrozné kdyby mi během další minuty nestrhli dalších 29,- kč za předplacení dat na další den. Nesmyslné, nedoporučuji.
Even that one star is not enough. Unnecessarily expensive and confusing services. The most irony. when I look at the phone in the morning and as soon as I unlock the screen, it pops up that I ran out of data and they were restored for CZK 29. It wouldn't be so terrible if they didn't take another 29 CZK for the next minute for subscribing to the data for the next day. Nonsense, I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FEELS like a SCAM. worst customer experience of my life. Order a SIM card for 249 czk and never received it. I contacted the customer support and told me that I didn't pay. I have provided the evidence of the payment from my credit card but Tesco mobile cz told me to contact their payment provider which is a company in Hungary "Barionfox". I contacted the payment provider and of course they never get back to me. STAY AWAY

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievably bad services. Expensive calls, expensive data. Automatic purchases that you don't want and deactivate suddenly reactivate upon credit recharging and drain your credit.
Operator ignores your device settings and charges you daily for data even if you deactivated all Internet services. You have to contact their hotline manually and opt out that way. They lie to you that your phone's OS connects even though mobile data is disabled...
What a bunch of whacks. Absolute scam. Stay away.
