★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel nejsem s firmou Profistone spokojena. Objednala jsem si kamínky odstínu Rosa Corallo, to, že jsem si vyzvedla kamínky odstínu Rosa Verona by nevadilo, splést se může každý, kamínky jsem vrátila a za dva dny si vyzvedla správný odstín, kde nastala otázka od pána, který mi kamínky pomohl nakládat, zda mám už i penetraci. Opravdu jsem se divila, že v celkové cenové nabídce nebyla o penetraci ani zmínka, i když jsem žádala o kompletní cenovou nabídku. Pro penetraci jsem si zajela jindy, slečna, která nebyla moc sdílná tvrdila mému příteli po telefonu, že stačí nátěr 0,2/m2, mě osobně tvrdila 0,3/m2. Žádné omluvy, že někde, někdo, něco spletl jsem se nikde nedočkala. Mrzí mě, že mám s touto firmou takto špatnou zkušenost, doufám, že to byla shoda náhod a vy ostatní pořídíte lépe.
Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with Profistone. I ordered the stones of Rosa Corallo, that I picked up the stones of Rosa Verona wouldn't mind, everyone can be mistaken, I returned the stones and in two days I picked up the right shade where the question came from the master who helped me load the stones, whether I already have penetration. I was really surprised that there was no mention of penetration in the overall bid, although I asked for a complete bid. For the penetration I drove another time, the lady, which was not very common claimed to my friend on the phone that enough paint 0.2 / m2, I personally claimed 0.3 / m2. No excuses that somewhere, somebody, something wrong I did not get anywhere. I regret that I have such a bad experience with this company, I hope it was a coincidence and you get the rest better.
