Před samotnou realizací proběhla schůzka s technikem přímo na místě, kde jsme si vše vysvětlili a technik nám navrhl řešení přímo na míru. Při samotné realizaci nás tak nic nezaskočilo a byla dodržena sjednaná cena. V případě problémů v oblasti vody se na tuto společnost určitě znovu obrátím. Before the actual implementation, a meeting with the technician took place on the spot, where we explained everything and the technician proposed a tailor-made solution. During the implementation itself, nothing surprised us and the agreed price was adhered to. In case of water problems, I will definitely contact this company again.

Za 2900 bez DPH přijel týpek s proutkem ohledat pozemek a jakože vytyčit vrt, ale dál musíte zaplatit 10.000 bez DPH za vyjádření hydrogeologa jak asi bude vrt hluboký. Takže fůra peněz v kelu a v zemi není ani důlek!!! (Jeden ano od toho zapíchnutého kolíku...)Rozhodně nedoporučuji!!! Jen tahání peněz !!!! Sprostota zabalená do x papíru ktery vám jsou k prdu. Technici na místě velmi příjemní, profíci, vše vysvětlili :) Rozhodně vím, kam se v budoucnu případně obrátit. Dodělají jednu práci a hned Vám přijde kalkulace další a na počátku zákazník vůbec nemá přehled na kolik ho celá investice přijde. Tohle mi přijde jako hodně nefér vůči zákazníkům. They do a nice job, but I don't like that you don't have an exact calculation for the well at the beginning. They will do one job and you will immediately receive another calculation, and at the beginning the customer has no idea how much the entire investment will cost him. This strikes me as very unfair to customers.

Po nabrani kontrolních vzorků a porovnání s výsledky před návštěvou z této firmy se nám zhoršily všechny hodnoty a z firmy jsme dostali doporučení na zakoupení technologie na čištění vody a po dotazu na zhoršení všech parametrů nám pan řekl ať si do studny nalejem savo a vyřízeno. Že se něco nepovede by nevadilo, ale tento přístup za dané peníze je opravdu příliš. The communication of the order and the technicians on site was absolutely fine. After taking control samples and comparing with the results before the visit from this company, all our values deteriorated and we received a recommendation from the company to buy water purification technology, and after asking about the deterioration of all parameters, Mr. told us to pour and fill the well. It wouldn't matter if something went wrong, but this approach for the money is really too much.

Moje zkušenosti: V listopadu jsem je telefonický požádal o vrtání studny. Přislíbeno: Vyhlédání vody v polovině prosince. Opět telefonicky jsem je požádal, aby mi vypracovali projekt dom. čistírny. Pak jsem dostal fakturu, která není daňově uznatelná, kterou jsem zaplatil. Pak jsem se domáhal cca 14 dnů o uznatelnou fakturu. Pak jsem dostal další fakturu na projekt. Ale to už jsem dopředu nezaplatil a čekal na projekt. Po dvou měsících mi řekli, že když dopředu nezaplatím, tak pracovat nebudou. Proto mi schází v té jejich reklamě, aby to napsali, že zákazníci musí platit předem, jen za příslib. Na moji žádost o projekt čistírny vůbec nereagovali. Asi proto, že jsem chtěl regulérní fakturu. Zkušenosti rozporuplné, po provedených třech vrtech (různá místa ve stejném období) už bych spolupráci nenavázal. Společnost nedá ani po výzvě cenu za kompletní dílo. Na jednom vrtu spolupracujete postupně s 5 obchodníky, každý si fakturuje své a neví o práci kolegů. Zákazník nemá představu o celkové ceně. Z hlediska záruk je však v podstatě nucen pokračovat s profivodou. Cena v porovnání s konkurencí je vysoká. A kvalita? Jeden ze tří vrtů budeme reklamovat, ten třetí ještě není v provozu. Snad bude v pořádku. Za mě špatná zkušenost. I have exactly the same experience, so I'm just copying. We will complain about one of the three wells, the third is not yet in operation. Maybe she'll be fine. Bad experience for me.
