★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Za dobu co chovám pejsky je to ten nejlepší salón, který jsem kdy navštívila. Paní Pučelíková je profesionál každým coulem. Příjemné prostředí, servis pro pejsky i pro páníčky, prostě paráda. Výsledek stříhání je vždy dokonalý. Vřele doporučuji vyzkoušet. Za mě 100 % a 5 hvězdiček ?
 As long as I keep a dog, it's the best salon I've ever visited. Ms. Pučelíková is a professional everywhere. Pleasant environment, service for dogs and owners, just great. The result of cutting is always perfect. I strongly recommend to try. For me 100% and 5 stars ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S panem Kurucem skvela domluva, hned v ten den, kdy jsme volali, jsme mohli prijit na konzultaci, do dvou dnu jsme pak sli i na myti + cesani naseho zplstnateleho samojeda a kvuli casove narocnosti za dalsi tri dny znovu. S vysledkem jsme spokojeni, s cenou taky. Pristup skvely. Doporucuji.
A great agreement with Mr. Kuruc, the very day we called, we were able to come for a consultation, within two days we went to wash + comb our fellow Samoyed and due to time constraints in the next three days again. We are satisfied with the result, with the price too. Great approach. I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Úžasný salón, který se postaral o mou fenku, po příšerném zákroku Salonu pro psy Zdeňky Culkové.-která si bohužel píše recenze sama, jak jsme později zjistili ? Musela jsem si počkat než jí vlásky zase narostou, ale rozhodně výsledek stojí za to. Paní je profesionál a přesně ví, co dělá. Tento salon doporučuji kudy chodím. :) první foto je hned po zákroku “salonu” Zdeňky Culkové. Druhé foto po stříhání salónu Darling.
An amazing salon that took care of my bitch, after the terrible intervention of the Salon for Dogs by Zdeněk Culková - who unfortunately writes her own reviews, as we later found out ? I had to wait for her hair to grow again, but the result is definitely worth it. The lady is professional and knows exactly what she is doing. I recommend this salon where I go. :) the first photo is right after the "salon" by Zdenka Culková. The second photo after cutting the Darling salon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salon nemozem doporucit. Verim, ze co sa tyka samotneho strihu su v tom dobri, to posudit nedokazem. Bohuzial na mna pani i samotny salon posobil velmi neprivetivo a nemam nan dobre spomienky. :/ Citala som recenzie, ze je mozne zostat so psom vo vnutri. V skutocnosti ma pani hned odbila, ze to mozne nie je. Vo vnutri stekal dalsi pes. Moja mala ticha slecna sa boji stekajucich psov a necitila som sa dobre ju tam nechat samu. Som presvedcena, ze by z toho mala traumu. Taktiez harala a nebolo to vhodne ako mi to bolo vysvetlene a ako som aj usudila z prveho prichodu. Nakoniec sme skoncili v salone, kde pracuje len jeden clovek, psi sa tam nestretavaju, maju vacsie sukromie (menej stresu) a haranie im tam nevadilo. Holt, pri telefonnej rezervacii som sa tieto informacie nedozvedela a na webovych strankach sa nenachadzaju.
Salon I can not recommend. I believe that as far as the cut itself is concerned, I can't prove it. Unfortunately, the lady and the salon itself seemed very unfriendly to me and I have no good memories. : / I read a review that it is possible to stay with the dog inside. In fact, the lady immediately struck me that it might not be. Another dog was running inside. My little girl had a quiet fight over running dogs and I didn't feel good leaving her there alone. I'm sure she would be traumatized. Taktiez harala and it was not appropriate as it was explained to me and as I judged from the first arrival. In the end, we ended up in a salon, where only one person works, the dogs don't meet there, they have more privacy (less stress) and they didn't mind to hunt there. Holt, I didn't find out this information when I booked, and it's not on the website.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked by this salon, decided to go in and see if they groomed cats. Yes they do, great. Made an appointment.
Today I went for my 10:00am appointment and was told I needed to stay and help hold my cat for the hour it would take. This was never told to me when I made the appointment, the groomer, Martin, said it is on their website, but I made the appointment in person. He used the excuse he doesn’t speak English well but was able to tell me today, the day of my appointment.
Why pay for your cat to be groomed when you have to help, that’s what I can do at home?!
Highly disappointed in the customer service, communication, and expectation for clients to help with a service they are paying for.
Don’t know how they do with dogs, but 100% would not recommend after this experience.
