★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience I had for a Westie, their groomer didn't know how to trim and groom a Westie and he was so self confident not to listen to comments. It took us 6 month and two more time visit to his usual groomer to have a healthy skin and coat again. My poor dog was so scared from his behaviour as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad. Took my dog for nails cutting here. He never cried so badly. Came with really short nails- the man who did it did cut off his nail bed as well. So unprofessional. Took months to cure it and my dog still has sensitive nails and the nail bed got longer.
I wanted to pay with card and the man yelled at me that how can I even dare to ask for a card payment for amount of 50 CZK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the saloon for the first time yesterday. Very satisfied with the haircut my yorkshire had! Very professional behavior from the groomer and super friendly with my dog. Will definitely be going there from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He cut my puppy 19 times in its skin. First time my puppy needed a hair trim. My dog was of course affraid of the brutal person.
We will never go there again. Further, I recommend every dog-loving person NOT to support this person.
