Seitdem Fotos im Internet gesehen habe, schien es mir, als hätten sie etwas von Schnitten für Hunde verstanden. aber es war das Gegenteil war ser Fall. Der Schnitt war eine totale Katastrophe und ohne Lösung. Einfach versaut! Ich empfehle diesen Ort nicht. I visited this place and the experience was super uncomfortable! B	Břetislav Pletnicki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neumí stříhat a je to úplná kráva. Úplně zničila mému dlouhosrstému pejskovi srst. Žádal jsem ji o rozčesání, když jsem si pro pejska přišel, byl vykoupaný, a čekal na mě v ohrádce ještě mokrý, a byl neuvěřitelně špatně ostříhaný, spíš oškubaný, ještě byl mokrý, jak jsem už psal, a hlavně, nebyl vůbec rozčesaný. Ztratil jsem řeč, když jsem svého pejska viděl, zaplatil jsem draze a odešel. Když se jí nechtělo jít do rozčesávání, měla to říct hned na začátku, našel bych si někoho jiného. Dvě paní mi ho pak dávaly dohromady, opět jsem platil, a z krásné dlouhé srsti máme tak akorát hlavičku na lvíčka a telíčko 2 cm. She can't cut and she's a complete cow. I lost my voice when I saw my dog, I paid dearly and left. If she didn't want to go to the comb, she should have said it at the beginning, I would find someone else. Two ladies then put it together for me, I paid again, and from the beautiful long hair we just have a head for a lion and a body 2 cm.
R	Ricardo Acuy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Máme Maltézské psíky a byli jsme zde již potřetí. První střih byl celkem fajn. Dal bych 4/5* , druhý střih už byl o trošku horší, ale stále takový Český standard. Teď jsme byli potřetí a bohužel to jde z kopce. Slečna střihačka byla sice příjemná a když jsem jí popisoval požadavek + ukazoval vzorové foto (Asian Fusion Puppy Cut) tak mě ujistila, že přesně ví. Výsledek ale rozhodně nekoresponduje s tím co jsme si přáli. Nerovnoměrně sestříhaná srst na nohou a částešně i na čumáku. Tělo celkově až přespříliš nakrátko. Na místě jsme pejsky moc nezkoumali, protože jsme měli naspěch. Pořádně jsme si je prohlédli až doma. (Nicméně oprava by tak jako tak nebyla možná, jelikož nechat srst dorůst člověk nemůže ?) Za nás tedy celkově 3/5. Je možné, že jiná plemena třeba zvládnou stříhat lépe. We have Maltese dogs and we have been here for the third time. The first cut was quite nice. I would give 4/5 , the second cut was a bit worse, but still such a Czech standard. Now we are the third time and unfortunately it goes downhill. The young editor was pleasant and when I described her request + showed her a sample photo (Asian Fusion Puppy Cut) she assured me that she knew exactly. But the result definitely does not correspond to what we wanted. Unevenly cut hair on the legs and partly on the snout. Overall, the body is too short. We didn't research the dogs much on the spot, because we were in a hurry. We took a good look at them at home. (However, repair would not be possible anyway, as one cannot grow hair ?) So for us a total of 3/5 *. It is possible that other breeds may be able to cut better.
J	Joselyn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were walking the dog and we saw the salon. So, we decided to walked in without an appointment but the lady at reception just said "No English Sorry!". She did not try to help or anything. I pointed at my phone since google translate works fine. But she just said "No English Sorry" and pretty much ignored us and went back on her phone. We felt she was a bit rude but our puppy needed a groom and we were staying super close. So, decided to look online book an appointment and then we came back later. I wrote some notes and information about our dog in the booking form- so that everything could be communicated in advance. We wanted a simple puppy cut and that's what we got. The groom was fine for us and he looked like a new puppy. It was a good service and the dog seemed happy when we arrived. My suggestion is that the staff be more welcoming and helpful. I know it's difficult with a language barrier. But with technology this can easily be fixed.
