★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there invited by and paid by our hotel for meal. Arrived, owner very reluctant to acknowledge our reservation ended up we were offered only two things from the menu, his choice!! I had the pork schnitzel, it was that tough I couldn't bite through it. When I complained there was nothing left to choose from. Very disappointed had a better KFC not fine dining at all. One word......Rubbish go elsewhere!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where 3times in the Restaurant, during the last 10days, always hoping for an improvement, but unfortunately no changes.
Me as Italian, Im used to proper Cuisine, but Puglia has nothing to do with it.
Dry Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe, salty and uncooked Risotto, raw Shrimps, unbaked Focaccia, nearly every meal based on undefined orange Sauce.
Its really a pitty, especially because the place is located in lovely Praha 7.
At least Prosecco was good ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have only given the place 3 stars because we had an unpleasant waiter. Not sure if he was having a bad day or what but he really rushed us to place our order and didn't even bother telling us about he menu of the day, when we asked him he just rolled his eyes at us. My friend ordered her drink and when I was about to order mine he walked away. He ruined our lunch to be honest. The restaurant has a nice decor and the food was good, it was a tieadya lunch time and it wasn't busy at all so not sure why he spend less that 1 min with us.

Very good and professional service, the food was delicious and prices are very correct I will come back for sure when I will be in Prague again. I give a Special mention for the Server Radoslav Who gave a lot of informations about the dises and about the city ?? See you soon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A brilliant restaurant at a very convenient location. The staff are incredibly friendly, offering information, recommendations and providing great service. And the food is incredible, big portions and excellent taste, I spent over an hour at the restaurant just to be able to eat everything. I will definitely visit again next time I'm in Prague!!!

I tried their the breakfast and lunch, very good prices compared to other places in Prague. Very welcoming and professional staff.
Breakfast is an open buffet with good price from 07 to 10 lunch they suggest day menu also very affordable.
I m very happy with my experience with them.
Tramway station is just near to the restaurant.
Very recommanded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant locates in the Plaza Prague Hotel building.
It was renewed in about 2020 and the new restaurant is way better than it was before.
The lunch menu rotates often and presents different styles of the European kitchen.
Personal there trained well and always nice and helpful. I would say one of the best crew in the city.
Were there several times for lunch and had a couple of dinners. Never been disappointed since the place was converted into Puglia Bistrot.
