★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Massively declining quality - smaller portions and not as tasty salada as before. But they managed to keep the high price. It's just disappointing when business get popular and start to only look at maximizing profits at all costs.
Revising my review. Excellent customer service, I dropped my soup and they were quick to react and help with not only cleaning up but getting me a new one.
Great salads but quite expensive. Would recommend the hot lunch menu. Gets super crowded at lunch as there seem to be few other options near the filadelphia building at Brumlovka.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are only three good things about this place: it has some English speaking staff, it is good looking, and a few salads are more or less tasty. However:
- Most salads are just a random mix of ingredients, why they are put together and then listed on the menu is a mystery to me.
- The menu almost never changes, so if one does not like the options, then there is no reason to visit the place again for at least a few months.
- Usually, during lunch hours, one has to stand in line for about 15 minutes.
- Sitting places are not always available.
- Given the above problems, the place is too expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In short - outstanding salads of different sorts, quite pricey but definitely worth the money. They also offer a daily menu, which is mostly even better but also more expensive, additionaly there's usually some soup and desert.
The place is heavily overcrowded during lunch time (11:30 - 12:30) as it is very popular among people working nearby, so one is usually waiting for 10 minutes in the queue and taking the meal to go. There is some seating inside and during summer season outside as well, so after waiting a while (until a table gets free) one can sit comfortably.
The staff is very friendly, they speak both czech and english and are willing to do you a favor if you don't like some ingredient or want something extra.
Finally, a recommendation - if you make it before 12:30, you can still get some of their delicious focaccia!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered delivery online from the Brumlovka branch. Received a call 20 mins after delivery time. The lady I spoke to knew I wanted delivery without me ever saying it, tried to tell me it was my bad Czech and that the order was made for collection. Said she didn't have my address but recommended the closest branch to me (which I deliberately didn't chose due to long wait times). Told me it's not possible that the website asked me to enter my address and delivery time. I've never eaten there so can't comment on the food but doubt I ever will now.
