Samozřejmě více jak měsíc se nic nedělo. Až jsem situaci začala znovu řešit. Naprosto neprofesionální a neseriózní jednání, stále hledají chybu u zákazníka, 10 x navrhují znovu vyplnit žádost a samozřejmě zaplatit další splátku. Proč asi klienti žádají o posunutí splátek, asi proto, že jsou díky Koronaviru ve špatné situaci. Ne, společnost Unicredit má svědomité zaměstnance, kteří emaily nečtou, žádosti hází do koše a klienty nepotřebují. Serióznost sama. Opravdu seriózní společnost s příkladným přístupem ke klientům!!! P	Pavel Schneider on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEDOPORUČUJI! Do doby než nás Český stát omezil na podnikání jsem vždy vše platili včas. Ve chvíli prvních zpožděných splátek jsme poznali peklo na zemi. Když jsem byl osobně řešit na pobočce, byl jsem vyveden ochrankou. Podotýkám že ze 4 úvěru na vozech, jsem měli řádně zaplaceny 3/4 a na pokutách jsme zaplatili 1/4 z ceny. Nehledě na to že naši firmu dali do registru dlužníků jen kvůli pár dnům zpoždění zaplacení splátek. NEHORÁZNÝ PŘÍSTUP HAMBA CELÉMU UNICREDIT LEASING CZ, a.s. Jen z toho důvodu nebudeme brát další dodávky značky RENAULT, abychom s touto firmou už nikdy nepřišli do kontaktu! I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Při každém zavolání vás přesměrují na někoho jiného, kdo buď nebere telefon, nebo nemůže pomoci a zavěsí. Auto Vám sice na leasing rádi prodají, bohužel s ním však často nemůžete jezdit, neboť nejsou schopni ani za déle než týden připravit jednoduchý dokument potřebný pro registr vozidel. Koupíte-li zde auto, zakupte i garáž, budete ji potřebovat. Peníze stranou si také nechte na zpoplatněnou telefonní linku, na kterou budete volat často, ale bezvýsledně. Jediné pozitivní je to, že dostanete vynadáno od povýšené operátorky call centra a nadávky manželky doma už vám přijdou jen jako slabý odvar. Zero client service, absolute helplessness when trying to get a simple document. Each time you call, they redirect you to someone else who either doesn't pick up the phone or can't help and hang up. Although they are happy to sell you a car for leasing, unfortunately you often cannot drive it, as they are not able to prepare a simple document needed for the vehicle register in more than a week. If you buy a car here, buy a garage, you will need it. Also leave the money aside on a tolled telephone line, which you will call often, but to no avail. The only positive is that you get scolded by an elevated call center operator and the swearing of your wife at home will come to you only as a weak concoction.

Po měsíci a půl, co jsem urgoval slečnu, která mě měla na starosti, jsem zjistil, že už tam ani není a email není přesměrovaný. Jestli znáte reklamu od banky Airbank, kde je poplatek za poplatek, tak to je přesně UniCredit Leasing. Poplatek mají snad za vše, co vás napadne. Unfortunately, there must be a min. one star that UniCredit Leasing really does not deserve. Absolutely crazy experience with vehicle financing. After a month and a half of urging the young lady in charge of me, I found out she wasn't even there anymore and the email wasn't being forwarded. If you know an advertisement from Airbank where there is a fee for a fee, then this is exactly UniCredit Leasing. They have a fee for everything you can think of.
A	AXAGON DELL on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je to ta nejhorší a nejdražší leasingová společnost. Pokud můžete, vyhněte se jí obloukem. Máme u ní bohužel nafinancováno 6 vozidel. Poptávali jsme nový tahač MAN TGX 470, spousty zbytečných schůzek, spousty dokládání dokumentů. Úvěr schválený do 14 dnů, ale za strašných podminek. Po přepočítání celého úvěru zaplatíte o 501.000 Kč bez DPH více, než když koupite silnější a lépe vybavený tahač MAN TGX 510 v Německu, Rakousku!!! Jestli máte dobré daňové přiznání, poptejte se v Německu, Rakousku. Další příklad mohu uvést návěs Krone.Byl nám nabídnut 1,5 roku starý návěs za cenu vyšší o 149.000 Kč bez DPH než v Německu nový!!! Opravdu nenasytnost Unicreditu. Díky aféře Dieselgate v Německu pořídíte VW za lepší cenu než v Česku. Úvěr až na 7 let s 0% navýšením! Takže sbohem Unicredite, Moneto a jiná nenažraná parazitující leasingovko. Kdo chce víc, nemá nic! It is the worst and most expensive leasing company. If you can, avoid it by arching. Že je lockdown, nemužete cestovat mezi okresy, jste nemocný a nebo Vám vláda vypla podnikání tyhle borce nezajímá. Elektronická komunikace k nim ještě nedorazila. Nadruhou stranu jsem ale tuze rád, že už alespoň nepoužívají pro komunikaci s klientem třeba poštovní holuby, kouřové signály a nebo Morseovu abecedu. Takže rada na závěr. Pokud jste adrealinovej jezdec, milujete předem ztracené bitvy jděte do toho. Já si radši prst vymáchám v chilli koření a nasledně si ho pýchnu hluboko do oka a nebo začnu na Instagramu sledovat profil Aleny Schillerové. M	Marie Seidlova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto priserna zkusenost.V dubnu 2017 jsme si vzali nove auto na leasing.Minuly mesic do me naboural opily Ukrajinec,moje auto zhodnoceno jako totalka a uz zacaly nekonecne telefonaty na Unicredit,kdy neprijemna operatorka pri hlaseni skody na me spustila,proc ji to jako volam,kdyz to jeste neni doresene.Kdyz uz mi po 3 tydnech zavolal likvidator,ze je to totalka a posilaji penize z pojistovny na ucet unicredit a zaroven mi berou moje nahradni pujcene vozidlo,protoze je to jiz doresene,jsem volala na Unicredit a pani,ze z tech penez odectou nase zbyvajici 2 splatky(to me nemile prekvapilo,ale asi to tak je).To bylo v pondeli.Dnes je streda,volala jsem tam,kdy nam jako poslou penize,protoze mame vybrane auto,ale cekame na ty penize a ja nemam jak vozit deti do skoly,tak to pani predava kolegovi,kterej se mi udajne ozve.Neverim jim ani slovo a mam toho uz dost.Uz nikdy s touto spolecnosti nechci mit nic spolecneho ??
