★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bit chaotic experience when you are being sent to unclean room, then waiting for the other room, while you are actually being offered with the same room. This all took almost an hour while you need to carry two small, tired kids. Stuff didn't care at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not even check in yet- but it is really poor service at the reception. It’s already a negative feeling now about my whole stay. My check in say 2pm and they are asking me stay 10 min. Guess what now it’s 3pm. Load of BS services

We were helping at the ukrainian border and took a ukrainian family with us on our way to Germany. The rezeptionist gave us a little discount for one room which I want to emphasize thankfully.
It was a bit annoying that we waited for about 45 minutes at the reception even tough there haven't been other people. I have a bit of an understanding for it because of the special circumstances with the ukrainian passports, but the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed.
Aside from that everything was good.
The rooms were nice and clean, the wifi was working. Also there was a big buffet for breakfast which delighted particularly our ukrainian refugees.
