★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Čtyři termíny doručení, čtyři dny dovolené a zboží nemám. katastrofa!!!!!
Nechápu, jak taková firma může ještě existovat. Totální nespolehlivost a žádná komunikace z jejich strany. Pokud se dovoláte slíbí vám co chcete a stejně nepřijedou. Doručovací doba 9:00 - 17:00 celý den sedíte doma a nikdo nepřijede, nikdo nezavolá a ani se vám neomluví. Zvažuji žalobu o náhradu ušlého zisku.

I do not understand how such a company can still exist. Total unreliability and no communication on their part. If you call, they promise you what you want and they still won't come. Delivery time 9:00 - 17:00 all day you sit at home and no one will come, no one will call or apologize to you. I am considering a lawsuit for compensation for lost profits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Witam. Towar o 18.00 bez najmniejszego problemu rozladowany. Czas operacyjny od wjazdu do wyjazdu,około 30min. Brak jednak miejsca do robienia pauzy,ale miły Pan w biurze służy rada gdzie można stanąć. Jest toaleta,ale brak prysznica. Ogólne wrażenie pozytywne.
Hello. Goods unloaded at 18.00 without any problem. Operating time from entry to exit, about 30 minutes. However, there is no place to take a pause, but a nice gentleman in the office provides advice on where to stand. There is a toilet but no shower. Overall positive impression.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nedoporucuji,v pondeli si meli prevzit zasilku od e-shopu s v utery dorucit a nic. volam tam a oni ze ju doruci ve stredu ze ju jeste neprevzali ve stredu tam volam a pani zas ze ju neprevzali. volam ve ctvrtek na e-shop tam mi rekli ze jim zasilku predali uz v pondeli.... volam jim zase(nekolikrat mi to i vytipli) kde teda je ta zasilka a najednou se nasla a uz je v brne ALE doruci mi ju az pristi tyden v utery!!!! takze doprava za 1600kc s takovym jednanim..... nakonec sme si pro tu zasilku jeli sami do brna. vyzvedli sme si ju a dosel mi mail ze moji zasilku budou mezi 8-17h dorucovat.... no coment.... nedoporucuju... nejhorsi preprava se kterou sem mela tu cest.
I do not recommend, on Monday they should take delivery from the e-shop with on Tuesday to deliver and nothing. I'm calling there and they deliver it on Wednesday that they haven't taken it over on Wednesday and the lady hasn't taken it over again. I call the e-shop on Thursday there they told me that the consignment was sold to them on Monday .... I call them again (several times they even told me) where the consignment is and suddenly it is found and it is already in Brno BUT I will deliver it to me land a week on Tuesday !!!! so transport for 1600kc with such an action ..... in the end we went to Brno alone for that shipment. we picked it up and I received an email that my shipments will be delivered between 8 am and 5 pm .... no comment .... I do not recommend ... the worst transport with which I had the trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Společnost s neskutečnou firemní politikou. Zkušenost, kdy řidič po zjištění
že bude část vykládky provádět ručně slovně verbálně s vulgaritou toho nejhrubšího zrna a aroganci napadl jak naše zaměstnance tak část naši rodiny tou dobou pohybující se po firmě kde byla vykládka provedena, mě ujistila, že společnost RABEN zaměstnává " na některých místech" ten nejhorší společenský odpad. Ubohé jednání lidi pravděpodobně pod vlivem návykových látek , nebezpečné jak pro silniční provoz tak pro osoby , které se dostanou do přímého kontaktu , které společnost RABEN nijak neřeší, je na hraně zákona. Po zaslání záznamu z kamer, kde je patrný útok i fyzické napadení řidičem společnosti RABEN jednoho z členů naši rodiny , bylo řešení situace ukončeno a odmlčením dala společnost vyrozumění, že na podobné situace je firma již zvyklá.
