Nechtělo se nám stěhovat na dobu rekonstrukce někam do nájmu a celkově nám to nepřišlo jako úplně dobrý nápad. Rozhodli jsme se tedy udělat akci kulový blesk. Naším průvodcem byl Radek Pajič, který se o nás celou dobu staral a musíme přiznat, že to byl proces náročný a zdlouhavý - prodat stávající nemovitost, vyřešit nákup nové nemovitosti, prohlídky, jednání s prodávajícím i kupujícími, bylo toho opravdu hodně. Jsme rádi za Radkovu trpělivost, snahu nacházet řešení i v situacích, kdy jsme neviděli světlo na konci tunelu. Velmi si ceníme servisu, kdy jsme se mohli spolehnout, že co se řeklo, to platilo. Obrovský dík patří za financování Lukáši Josefusovi - s Radkem jsou perfektní tandem a jejich klientský servis je více než nadstandardní. Lukáš odvedl spoustu mravenčí práce, kterou my klienti nevidíme a kolikrát si to ani neumíme představit, co všechno bylo potřeba udělat. Naše transakce byla ve spoustě věcí nestandardní, proto si velmi ceníme veškeré podpory, trpělivosti a kreativity při řešení našeho případu. Pánové, moc díky a zdraví Pankáči teď už z Hýskova! Our guide was Radek Pajič, who took care of us all the time and we must admit that it was a difficult and time-consuming process - selling an existing property, solving the purchase of a new property, inspections, negotiations with the seller and buyers, there was a lot. We are happy for Radek's patience, the effort to find a solution even in situations where we did not see the light at the end of the tunnel. We really appreciate the service, where we could be sure that what was said was true. A huge thank you goes to Lukáš Josefus for financing - they are a perfect tandem with Radek and their client service is more than above standard. Lukáš did a lot of ant work that we clients don't see and how many times we can't even imagine what all needed to be done. Ačkoli se jednalo “pouze” o pronájem, zajistil profesionálního fotografa, k inzerci využíval i jiné platformy než klasické realitní servery a nájemníka, kterého se mnou samozřejmě komunikoval, našel velice brzy. Prohlídky, smlouvy, předání bytu,.. o vše se výborně postaral. Po celou dobu mě také informoval o zájemcích a za mě nezbývá než maximálně doporučit.
