Poté, co jsem o byt projevila zájem se několik dní nic nedělo - pak mi volal pan Kopanica (z managementu společnosti, se kterým jsem i na prohlídce byla), že je o byt větší zájem a že mám nabídnout víc...když jsem řekla, že bych se ráda poradila, řekl mi, že jsem na to měla několik dní, ať rovnou uvedu částku...poté už se opět neozýval - nebyl schopný mi dát ani vědět, že už byt prodal...pokaždé jsem mu musela volat já a domluva i veškeré jednání bylo na příšerné úrovni! Zacalo to nulovou prezentaci bytu, kdy teprve az pan realitak od najemkyne dozvedel, ze k bytu nalezi komora na patre. Pote jsme prirocili k smlouvam, ktere podle pravnicky z oboru byly naprosto zavadejici a snadno by tak mohly nastat problemy se samotnou koupi. Pan Svoboda, s kterym jsem jednal, byl asi nejarogantnejsi clovek, ktereho jsem za dlouhou zivot potkal. Od teto realitky bych si nekoupil ani pytlik rohliku natoz nejaky byt. Do toho si uctuji vice jak 10% z ceny nemovitosti. Jednoznacne se jim vyvarovat. I don't normally write reviews, but I'll make an exception here. So far the worst experience with real estate. Mr. Svoboda, with whom I dealt, was probably the most arrogant person I met in my long life. I wouldn't even buy a bag of croissants from this real estate agent, but rather an apartment. In addition, I charge more than 10% of the property price. Clearly avoid them.
T	Tomm Braun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedávno jsem absolvoval prohlídku bytu s makléřem Fojtíkem. Již od začátku to pro mne byl negativní zážitek. Jednak zcela neznal informace k bytu, pokaždé odpověděl, ať mu napíši mail, že to předá majiteli bytu. Neznal základní informace, že každé SVJ má také své stanovy, na které jsem se dotazoval, zkrátka mi o bytě nesdělil sám zhola nic. Také jeho vzhled vůbec neodpovídal tomu, že se jedná o makléře, který by měl také dbát na svůj zevnějšek, aby to lépe působilo na klienta. Působil na mne nervozním a nevstřícným dojmem, s pocitem toho, aby už měl hotovo a já konečně odešel. Na konci mne žádal, abych ho informoval, jak jsem se rozhodl, což jsem druhý den učinil, bohužel od něj jsem se nějaké odpovědi, o kterou on sám žádal, již nedočkal. I když jsem o byt projevil zájem a líbil se mi, s tímto makléřem bych koupi tohoto bytu zcela jistě neabsolvoval. Bohužel musím konstatovat, že jsem se doposud s horším makléřem nesetkal. Za tak tučnou provizi by měl klientský přístup a servis vypadat opravdu zcela jinak a ne tak neprofesionálně. I recently visited a flat with broker Fojtik. Jsou to smejdi!!!!!!!! I join the negative reviews. Mr. Svoboda had 19 thousand paid for a fraudulent rental of an apartment in Tomaskov 3. I hope this agency will lose its license! They are smiles !!!!!!!!
