Out of curiosity, I looked inside. Interior nice. Willing to sell. But the smells were not my taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schöne Auswahl an Nischendüften. Beratung war sehr gut. Positiv war zudem, dass die Verkäufer auch Englisch sprechen. Beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Marienbad werde ich die Parfümerie gerne wieder besuchen.
Nice selection of niche fragrances. Advice was very good. It was also positive that the sellers also speak English. The next time I stay in Marienbad I will be happy to visit the perfumery again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend this place. They have unique products that aren't easily accessible elsewhere. I've ordered online and had problems with delivery (wasn't fault of the shop but of the delivery company) and they compensated me with several free samples of my choice and were very kind, understanding and helpful. I wished I lived closer to visit the shop in person. Maybe one day I will :p For now ordering online is sufficient and I will definitely buy there again.

I was so happy to find out this place as they carry many of the great, high quality niche brands that I couldn't find elsewhere in Czech Republic (Francesca Bianchi, Dusita, Les Indemodables, Maison Violet to name a few!). I ordered a couple of samples from some brands I was interested in, and they included 2 complementary samples along with my order. Maybe it was a coincidence but I would like to think it's Rafinad's staffs' great consideration, that one of the complementary samples was picked perfectly for me - it was somewhat in the same genre of a sample I picked but offered something else in addition. I actually completely fell in love with that complementary sample. I love it when I noticed some care coming from the owner even when it's an online order :). PS Order arrived the next day right away with great packaging and packing, very very satisfied customer here.

I ordered perfume and perfumed soap online and the shipment to France was incredibly fast. The packaging is above all praise, inside the box I found a beautiful envelope with some very enjoyable samplers. Thank you!
