Für umgerechnet 180€(5000 Kronen habe ich ausgewählt) werden 212€ abgerechnet. Also immer in der Originalwährung abrechnen dann gibt's den aktuellen Umrechnungskurs?
Be careful when withdrawing money for euro foreigners. After selecting the crowns, 2 options for billing are offered. Either in kroner or in euros. For the equivalent of 180 € (I have chosen 5000 crowns) 212 € are billed. So always settle in the original currency then there is the current exchange rate?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skvele místo a ochotný personál , ale od 1.2.2019 pobočka zkracuje otevírací dobu z 20h na 18h, čímž u mne významně ztrácí na atraktivitě.
Great place and helpful staff, but from 1.2.2019 the branch shortens the opening hours from 20h to 18h, which makes me significantly lose in attractiveness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vzdy je nejaka chyba. Opravdu vzdy. Kdyz se to stalo poprve, tak mi to proste nemile překvapilo. Dalsi jejich chyba uz zacala stvat. No a dnes doslo k jeste jedne, presto, ze jsem tam byla osobne, vcas a mi bylo receno, ze vsechno bude v poradku. V poradku ale nebylo, jen se zjistilo, ze za 3 minuty budou zavirat, tak mi pomoc nemohou (opravit jejich chybu!), budu se muset vratit az zitra.
There is always a mistake. Really always. When it happened for the first time, it just surprised me unpleasantly. Their next mistake was already beginning. And today there was one more, despite the fact that I was there in person, in time and I was told that everything would be fine. But it wasn't okay, it was just found out that they would close in 3 minutes, so they can't help me (correct their mistake!), I'll have to come back tomorrow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Také jsme tam velmi rádi chodili a využívali. Zkrácení pracovní doby do 18h nás velmi nemile překvapilo. Pracujeme do 18:30 a tohle byla jediná pobočka, kterou jsme stihli i po pracovní době. Doufám, že se provozní doba opět vrátí do původních 20h.

My bank in Russia said that my transfer was stuck in the correspondent bank. Gave all the coordinates. but RB says they can't contact anyone. how is this possible?
