★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pobočka je příjemná, ale banku spíše nedoporučuji. Srovnám-li s Airbank, tak Raiffeisen velmi neférově informuje o poplatcích. Zatímco v případě Airbank jste informováni takzvaně "polopatě" a nemusíte se bát, u Raiffeisen se často dočkáte nemilých překvapení. Banka prostě sází na Vaši nepozornost a neznalost, každý nestandardní krok je potřeba raději zkonzultovat s bankéřem a zeptat se přímo na poplatky. Sami nic neřeknou. Mě několikrát "vyškolili" při zahraničních platbách, při takzvaném "investování", které mi nabídli a které se fakt moc nepovedlo. Poslední zásek je expresní vydání platební karty za 2000 Kč, poznámka je uvedena pouze pod čarou jako "služba je zpoplatněna". Že je to částka opravdu vysoká se dopátráte komplikovaně až v ceníku. Ocenění "Banka roku" skutečně nechápu. Jsem dlouholetý klient, ale po zkušenosti s jinými bankami (výrazně lepšími) už asi dlouho klient nebudu.
The branch is nice, but I do not recommend the bank. If I compare Airbank, Raiffeisen reports very unfairly about fees. While in the case of Airbank you are informed of the so-called "half-dead" and you do not have to worry, you often get unpleasant surprises at Raiffeisen. The bank is simply betting on your inattention and ignorance, you need to consult each banker and ask directly for fees. They won't say anything. They have "trained" me several times for foreign payments, for the so-called "investing", which they offered me and which really did not succeed. The last cut is an express issue of a payment card for CZK 2,000, a note is only listed as a "service is charged". That it is really high, you will find yourself complicated in the price list. I really do not understand the "Bank of the Year" award. I am a long-term client, but after experience with other banks (much better) I will not be a client for a long time.
