★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zaměstnanci banky jsou velmi vstřícní, ale celkové služby jsou otřesné, neustále musím něco řešit jak na pobočce, tak s operátorem. Bankovní služby jsou oproti konkurenci ubohé. Teď naposledy tři dny řeším nefunkční platební kartu. Nikde není problém, ale nefunguje. Naštěstí mám ještě účet u konkurence.
The bank's employees are very accommodating, but the overall services are appalling, I constantly have to deal with something both at the branch and with the operator. Banking services are poor compared to the competition. For the last three days now, I have been dealing with a non-functional payment card. It's not a problem anywhere, but it doesn't work. Fortunately, I still have an account with a competitor.
