We chose this travel agency together with my girlfriend and another couple of friends. In the period from June 29, 2018 to July 8, 2018, we booked a trip with transport to Drvenik in Croatia. Just to be clear, it was not our first holiday in Croatia or our first bus trip. The first problem occurred on arrival. We had written in the instructions for the trip to arrive 15 minutes. before departure. So we did. Unfortunately, the travel agency's bus was not at the place of departure and arrived with a 15-minute delay. That would not be such a problem if we were not welcomed by Miss Stewardess without an apology, only with the fact that we present her with an OP and sit in the assigned seats. The journey began. After 15 min. I thought quietly that we would be welcomed, wishing for a pleasant journey, information about refreshments, rules on the use of toilets and bus equipment, hygienic breaks and estimated times of arrival, when all passengers arrive, but this did not happen during about 17 hours of travel. The stewardess didn't even tell us that we were in the destination destination of Drvenik, so if we didn't get out on our own, we would move on. Not to mention that the bus is equipped with TV, as the travel agency announces on its website, but to make the 17 o'clock journey more pleasant, Miss Stewardess released a 1.5 hour movie. The accommodation was pleasant and what the travel agency presents on the website. Delegate at the place of residence pleasant and communicative. The problems started again on the day of departure, when the delegate informed us in advance that the boarding point of the bus is about 500 m from the apartment and half of it uphill in direct sunlight with all luggage. Surprisingly, on the day of arrival the same bus had no problem dropping us off 5 m from the apartment. A far worse surprise was when we were "greeted" by the same stewardess. Again during the trip absolutely zero information about everything. She just checked the documents and then we didn't know about her at 5 p.m. When asked if she would play at least a movie during the ride, she replied with a wry smile that it was only 20:00 and nothing could be seen, so she preferred not to release it at all during the return trip (it was probably too light at 21.22 or 23 hours). ). With this, I resigned myself to solving anything with her. In conclusion, I just want to say that absolutely the same things bothered the other 3 people with whom I traveled together, so that it is clear that this is not a subjective opinion of just one passenger. - Average bus - Delay on arrival - Absolutely disastrous stewardess - Insufficient air conditioning during the trip + Pleasant accommodation + Hassle-free BUS drivers I enclose a photo around 8:00 pm where everyone can evaluate for themselves whether there was such a light that it would not be possible to watch a movie on the bus monitors.

CK Duha - Ostrava • With this travel agency we were staying in Croatia - Closing the Adriatic Sea Tucepi. The price and program of this trip included, among others • cooking school - showcase of Dalmatian cuisine • fishing evening with dinner and drink (half board included) In the middle of our stay, we learned that the cooking school - the Dalmatian cuisine is no longer needed, because the owner, who was supposed to show off, had left. It would be serious if the delegate or the owner with whom we were on the tour the day told us. However, this was told by the cook who commented on this, saying that I would not be interested in how to cook a fish. After my complaint that I demand what was offered in the price of the tour, the owner of the travel agency promised to phone me this cooking school for me. Nothing happened until the end of the stay and on the last evening I learned from the TA traveler that I was being rude and that the other participants had no request for a cooking school. According to the owner of the travel agency, I behaved simply because I had probably touched a delegate because I wanted to know from whom she was going to complain because she was unable to tell us about the change in the program and , so no one would tell us anything. In spite of the fact that we paid the school of cooking - show of Dalmatian cuisine in the price of the tour, this service was not provided to us or offered any other compensation. In the future I will think too much if I go with a travel agency or arrange a stay because I go on vacation to relax and not argue with delegates and owners of travel agencies who are just trying to sell expensive tours. Good day I drove from the rainbow for the second time to the village of Gradac we have nothing against the road bus cool drivers super. They took care of how they could say and explain everything. Here he had to laugh at the review of the lord as he cried over the time of departure, etc. The lord must move to Japan to let him have time. Delegate Mrs. Dvořáková at the pension Vesna complete satisfaction took care of everything and arranged tours, etc. Pension beautiful and clean PRAISE of the owner. The only one star I didn't give is the awful beds, the best ones have just been replaced mainly by mattresses and everything is perfect. THANK YOU FOR A BEAUTIFUL HOLIDAY AGAIN ;-)

As soon as the start is delayed and I do not understand their logistics when they go around half the region to pick up passengers and then return again across half the region to cross the border. And the driver was completely out of gas. I must have gone with them for the last time.
