★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uskutečnila jsem zde již třetí nákup. Velice profesionální přístup. Stroje mi předvedli. Konzultovala jsem zde nákup přes hodinu. Personál strojů naprosto rozumí, většina taky doma šije, nebo jsou bývalé krejčové. Dokáží vám vybrat opravdu stroj pro vaší potřebu a zdatnost v šití. Šití je díky stroji Babylock Victory a Bernette B77 pro mě opravdu radostí a ty výdledky stojí za to. Ještě jednou děkuji za skvělé rady. A určitě se ještě vrátím pro žehličku, či coverlock.

The staff of the machines completely understand, most also sew at home, or are former tailors. They can really choose a machine for your need and sewing skills. Sewing is really joy for me thanks to the Babylock Victory and Bernette B77 and the results are worth it. Thank you again for great advice. And I will definitely come back for an iron or coverlock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobře zavedená firma pro prodej, e-shop, distribuci a servis šicích strojů. Servis je přístupný hned z pravého schodiště v prvním patře, po zazvonění u dveří. Obsluha je profesionální a příjem a výdej strojůdo opravy zvládá profesionálně. Vlastní servis je rychlý, jednoduchá oprava trvá nekolik malo dní. Na místě lze zakoupit literaturu a spotřební materiál a příslušenství, stejně tak i šicí stroje. Zakoupit šicí stroj se zde vyplatí i zákazníkovi ze vzdálenějšího města.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obrovské zklamání, velmi neprofesionální obsluha, bylo v plánu utratit vyšší částku ale jelikož zde se zákazníkovi nevěnují raději příětě zakoupím u jiného prodejce. Doporučuji neuvádět v názvu ráj, je to výsměch. Objednaný šicí stroj byl nakonec odebrán u tohoto prodejce, ale lituji že nebylo objednáno jinde..
Huge disappointment, very unprofessional service, it was planned to spend a higher amount, but since they do not pay attention to the customer, they prefer to buy from another dealer. I recommend not saying paradise in the title, it's a mockery. The ordered sewing machine was eventually picked up at this dealer, but I regret that it was not ordered elsewhere.
