★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po nějaké době můžu říct, že jsem spokojený nejen se zbožím, ale i spřístupem personálu. Kupovány byli kolenní ortézy POD K4. Ujal se mě starší pán, který naprosto veděl která bije a asistoval mi při zkoušení ortéz dokud mi nesedly (výměna vložek pro změnu rozměru šířky kolena).
Obchod můžu vřele doporučit a rád se sem vrátím.
After a while, I can say that I am satisfied not only with the goods, but also with the approach of the staff. POD K4 knee braces were purchased. I was taken in by an older gentleman who knew exactly who was beating and assisted me in testing the orthoses until they fit me (replacement of inserts to change the size of the knee width).
I can highly recommend the store and will be happy to return here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 hvězda je za výběr. Zbytek bych ohodnotil jako jeden z těch nejhorších zážitků při nákupu. Pán za pultem nepříjemný a který nejen že nepposlouchal a snažil se prosadit své ale také jsem měl pocit, že ze mě dělá tak trochu blbce. Rozhodně nemohu doporučit a byl jsem zde naposled. Celou dobu jsem měl pocit že pána obtěžuji alá nakupte a vypadněte. Raději zajďete do obchodu o 10metrů dál kde zažijete špičkový zákaznický servis. ?

The gentleman behind the counter was unpleasant and who not only did not listen and tried to assert himself, but I also felt that he was making me a bit of a jerk. I definitely can't recommend and I was here for the last time. All the while, I had the feeling that I was bothering the master, but buy and get out. You'd better go to the store 10 meters away where you will experience top customer service. ?
