Some guy bumped my bike and there was damage to the steering column. I was forced to come to this centre for them to repair it. After explaining the situation that the steering column was not aligned they took the bike. A couple of days later I got an SMS saying it was fixed, so I went there. Within seconds of riding the bike I realised they hadn't fixed it at all and pointed to the invoice saying 'change handlebar'.
If I could give minus stars, I would. Only saving grace was one mechanic spoke English and was actually helpful. The guys at the desk are atrocious. Rant over.

Extremely poor customer service and rudeness from the Service Department. In the end, I bought a bike from AutoJarov. When I went to get quotes for a lot of installation business on my bike, the guy made no effort to help. The reason it doesn't get one star is because one of the guys in the dealership does speak English and seemed friendly enough - but still didn't help me communicate with the Service guys. This is a pretty big fail so I'm complaining to Yamaha Corporate in Czech Republic / Europe.
