★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přísný ale férový borec, stará se o barák a chce aby bylo všude uklizeno a vše šlapalo. Nenechá bordel kolem popelnic, chce dům v dobré kondici a pro nájemníky udělal bazén a terasu na slunění. za mne palec nahoru.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mám velkou radost, že už tam nejsem. V žádném případě nedoporučuji bydlení tady. Po podepsání smlouvy se k vám budou chovat mnohem hůř, a to nejhorší bude až se odsud budete stěhovat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po podepsání smlouvy se absolutně zamění chování... Vrácení kauce? Nic... Poučování o úklidu bytu? Ano. Bytovky na ulici Šťítného mají sice bazén, ale za 100kč/osoba za hodinu a celý den stojí 200kč/osoba. Při stěhování jsme údajně zničili výtah.. Výhrůžky a psychický nátlak včetně vydírání se při stěhování také často objevuje. Koukněte se raději na jinou RK. Tohle vám za ten neskutečný stres a prázdnou kapsu nestojí.

Pokud neděláte problémy, platíte včas, jste úplně v pohodě.
Za mě můžu doporučit - pokud jste normální lidi, kteří chtějí bydlet, platit a nejste problémoví.
I have been living in the second apartment of this owner for the last 2 years.
If you do not have problems, you pay on time, you are completely fine.
I can recommend for me - if you are normal people who want to live, pay and you are not a problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best advice anyone can give you is to stay away from these people if you don’t want to get ripped off. They will lower your quality of life and charge you for it. The owner is of questionable character, himself, his wife and staff are rude, ignorant and dishonest. Go somewhere else, you’ll be better off.

Based on my experience, the owners are very serious about their responsibilities, open-minded, welcoming and friendly to all reliable tenants; foreigners, students, pets, etc. The agency keeps all premises in a notably good state. I changed two apartments; both apartments were in perfect condition and the second one had a breathtaking view of Prague. Overall, I've never had any issues with the agency. The owners were fair in all our dealings, promptly handling all my requests and providing detailed reports on every signgle source of expense. Personally, I believe the owners are great people to deal with.
