B	Barbora Vigašová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE!!!!!! Worst experience with real estate agency ever! Byt sme preberali po predchádzajúcich nájomcoch, ktorý v byte žili 5-6 rokov. Následne sme v byte žili asi nasledujúce 2 roky. Byt sme teda opustili po cca 8 rokoch. V nájomnej zmluve stalo, že byt môže po opustení podliehať “bežnému opotrebeniu”. V kuchyni podliehali bežnému opotrebeniu 1 (slovom jedna) skrinka, ktorá bola ošoupaná z odkladania mokrej uterky, ktorá sa v kuchyni považuje za bežný ukaz. Pri odovzdávaní bytu, na ktorom bol zástupca agentúry sme do zmluvy tuto skutočnosť uviedli a bolo nám avizované, že sa nám táto skrinka môže strhnúť z kaucie, s čím sme počítali. S čím sme však nepočítali bolo to, že si majiteľ bytu bude chcieť kvoli jednej skrinke vymeniť celu kuchynskú linku, samozrejme za našu kauciu. Z pôvodných 18 000 CZK v kaucii, sa nám vrátilo pouhych 5 000 CZK, za zvyšok si majiteľ vymenil kuchyňu (podľa majiteľa však stojí jedna skrinka 13 000 CZK, ktorú sme mu mali uhradiť). S reality Vyšehrad mame veľmi negatívnu skúsenosť a určite by som odporúčala sa tejto agentúre vyhnúť tak, ako to len ide. Nikdy viac. BEWARE !!!!!! Worst experience with real estate agency ever! We took over the apartment from previous tenants, who lived in the apartment for 5-6 years. Subsequently, we lived in the apartment for about the next 2 years. So we left the apartment after about 8 years. It was stated in the lease that the apartment may be subject to "normal wear and tear" after leaving. In the kitchen, 1 (in a word one) cabinet, which was stripped from storing a wet towel, which is considered a common sight in the kitchen, was subject to normal wear and tear. When handing over the apartment where the agency's representative was, we stated this fact in the contract and we were advised that this box could be deducted from the deposit, which we were counting on. However, what we did not take into account was that the owner of the apartment will want to exchange the entire kitchen unit for one of the cabinets, of course for our deposit. From the original 18,000 CZK in deposit, only 5,000 CZK was returned to us, the owner exchanged the kitchen for the rest (according to the owner, however, one cabinet costs 13,000 CZK, which we had to pay him). We have a very negative experience with reality Vyšehrad and I would definitely recommend this agency to be avoided as much as possible. Never ever.
