★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po vyhlédnutí nemovitosti, o kterou jsem měl zájem, jsem kontaktoval první číslo, které se u inzerátu objevilo. Bylo to na pana Karase, se kterým jsem domluvil další kroky, jak požadovanou nemovitost vidět. Veškerá komunikace proběhla velmi rychle a ještě tentýž den byl domluven termín prohlídky nemovitosti.
V určenou hodinu již v bytě čekala paní Karasová, která si nás svým lidským přístupem, ochotou a otevřeností naprosto získala a spolupráce s ní byla velmi příjemná a poklidná. Absolutně nás do ničeho netlačila, probrala s námi veškeré podrobnosti ohledně bytu a rozhovor s ni byl velmi příjemný a přátelský. Následná komunikace probíhala ukázkově a i když nakonec z koupě bytu z mé strany bohužel sešlo, velmi rád se na paní Karasovou v budoucnu obrátím ať s koupí či prodejem nemovitosti.

After finding the property I was interested in, I contacted the first number that appeared on the ad. It was up to Mr. Karas, with whom I agreed on the next steps to see the desired property. All communication took place very quickly and the date of the inspection of the property was agreed on the same day.
At the appointed hour, Mrs. Karasová was already waiting in the apartment, who completely won us over with her human approach, willingness and openness, and the cooperation with her was very pleasant and peaceful. She absolutely did not push us into anything, she discussed with us all the details about the apartment and the conversation with her was very pleasant and friendly. The subsequent communication took place in an exemplary manner, and although in the end, unfortunately, I decided to buy an apartment, I would be very happy to contact Mrs. Karasová in the future, either with the purchase or sale of real estate.
