Chápu, že dostala práci když další Lehner je ve vedení společnosti. Asi má práci jen jako koníček, aby se nenudila u plotny. Hlavně, že máte na stránkách etický kodex ... Jednat s majiteli za přítomnosti zástupce realitní společnosti nelze, protože jsme pro majitele prý cizí, což nemají rádi. Na vyšší nabídku ceny majitelé prý neslyší, protože jim o peníze nejde, ač je na ně uvalena exekuce. I zde se informace rozchazí a komunikace má spíše odradit dalšího možného kupce. Původně majitelé měli zájem o nahradní bydlení, a když jsme ho nabídly požadavky se stupňovaly. Nasledně i tady zájem podle makléřky opadl. Realitka není členem žádné asociace. Makléřka zpět na zmeškaná volaní nereaguje, a celkově má špatnou zpětnou vazbu. Jednaní není transparentní spíše má člověk pocit, že tu někdo chce někoho připravit o dům.
