O	Ota Macák on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Koupel jsem u tohoto prodejce telefon.Asi po roce jsem ho reklamoval na vypadky GPS a velmi nepresne trackovani.Reklamace neuznana s tim, ze jsem jim telefon polohu ukazuje.GPS fakt skakala o desitky metru.Je smutne ze tuto zavadu nedokazi diagnoatikovat... I bought a phone at this seller. About a year later I complained about it for GPS crashes and very inaccurate tracking. The complaint was not accepted with the fact that I showed them the phone's location. The GPS really jumped by tens of meters. It is sad that it cannot diagnose this defect ...
R	Roman Štekl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posledni roky jediny obchod ve kterem nakupuji telefony a prislusenstvi. Absolutni ochota, rychle reakce, reklamace vyrizeny vzdy bez problemu. Hodne obchodu by se zde mohlo ucit, jen tak dál :-) UPDATE 2018: Musím také potvrdit níže zmíněnou recenzi, také jsem reklamoval telefon na vadnou GPS, přesto že telefon ukazoval s přesností +-500metrů, reklamace nebyla uznána, ani opravena. The last few years have been the only store I buy phones and accessories. Absolute willingness, quick reactions, complaints always resolved without any problems. Good business could be taught here, just keep going :-) UPDATE 2018: I also have to confirm the review mentioned below, I also claimed the phone for a faulty GPS, although the phone showed accuracy of + -500 meters, the claim was not recognized or repaired.
A	Aneta Chvatikova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rozhodně nedoporučuji!!! Dokud Nakupujete(platíte), je vše ok. Pokud ovšem reklamujete , máte problém. Obchod dělá vše proto, aby s Vámi vyj**al. Například snížením záručního plnění na 12měs., z důvodu nákupu na ič. Nikdy více! Definitely not recommended !!! As long as you shop (pay), everything is ok. However, if you complain, you have a problem. The shop does everything to get you out of business. For example, by reducing the warranty to 12 months, due to the purchase of goods. Never more!
Š	Štěpánka Tobolová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedoporučuji. Reklamovala jsem telefon, který mi vrátili opraveny, nicméně i tak se závada znovu objevila. Další dvě reklamace neuznali. Telefon prý žádnou závadu neprojevuje. Za mě tento obchod už nikdy víc. Not recommended. I complained about the phone that was returned to me, but nevertheless the fault reappeared. Two other complaints were not accepted. The phone does not show any defect. For me, this business never again.
D	David Krupička on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Odešlo napájení, reklamace mi nebyla uznána, takže mi za opravu účtovali cenu. To by bylo ok. Oprava ale byla provedena naprosto diletantsky, fungovalo cca 2 měsíce, nyní je třeba vyměnit celý napájecí modul. Bohužel nemohu doporučit. Připadá mi, že telefony umí prodat, ale nejsou schopni je opravit. The power supply went out, the claim was not recognized, so they charged me for the repair. That would be ok. The repair, however, was done completely dilettante, it worked about 2 months, now it is necessary to replace the entire power module. Unfortunately I can not recommend. It seems to me that they can sell phones, but they are unable to repair them.

Zakoupený telefon mi před pár dny přišel z již druhé reklamace, kam jsem ho posílal kvůli samovolné odezvě displeje (telefon reagoval na neexistující dotyky a dělal si, co chtěl), přičemž ani jedna z reklamací mi nebyla uznána a u druhé reklamace jsem byl odkázán na to, že tento problém mohou vyvolávat aplikace třetích stran. Bohužel po vybalení telefonu se závada projevila hned při snaze přihlásit se k účtu Google, kdy v telefonu žádná aplikace třetí strany nebyla. Nechápu, jak je možné, že se na závadu při reklamaci nepřišlo, a proto e-shop rozhodně nedoporučuji. Reklamace vadného výrobku je dle mého názoru téměř bez šance. Not recommended. The phone I bought a few days ago came from the second complaint, where I sent it because of the spontaneous response of the display (the phone responded to non-existent touches and did whatever it wanted), and none of the complaints were not recognized and the other complaint was that third-party applications may be causing this problem. Unfortunately, after unpacking your phone, the problem occurred when trying to sign in to a Google Account when there was no third-party app on the phone. I do not understand how it is possible that the defect in the complaint did not come, so I definitely do not recommend e-shop. In my opinion, a complaint about a defective product is almost without a chance.
P	Pavel Krátký on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nakupuji opakovaně, reklamace sice trvala přesně 30 dnů ale byla uznána. I shop repeatedly, although the complaint lasted exactly 30 days, but it was accepted.
