★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dlouho jsem byl se službami tohoto dopravce spokojen, ale v poslední době tomu tak opravdu není. Když jsme jeli do Brna, byla výluka, tudíž náhradní autobusová doprava. To by nebyl problém, kdyby nebyly přistaveny 3 autobusy, i když byly potřeba minimálně další 2. Nevešli jsme se a ta stejná situace se opakovala o hodinu později. Po dvou hodinách čekání jsme se už vešli, ale do tak přeplněného autobusu, že jsme museli hodinu namačkaní stát. No a samozřejmě, že když se přistupovalo na vlak, tak jsme si také nesedli, jelikož náš lístek platil pro vlak, který jel o dvě hodiny dříve. Momentálně opět sedím na palubě vlaku této společnosti. Je sice krásné, že je zde palubní servis, jenže když jsou vyprodány úplně všechny věci, tak je celkem k ničemu. Na Vaše stížnosti samozřejmě nikdo reagovat nebude, zkoušeli jsme.
 I have been satisfied with the services of this carrier for a long time, but lately this has not really been the case. When we went to Brno, there was a lock, so an alternative bus service. This would not be a problem if 3 buses were not delivered, although at least another 2 were needed. We did not fit together and the same situation was repeated an hour later. After two hours of waiting, we got in, but on a bus so busy that we had to stand for an hour. And of course, when we approached the train, we also didn't sit down, because our ticket was valid for the train that ran two hours earlier. I am currently sitting on the board of this company's train again. It is beautiful that there is on-board service, but when all things are sold out, it is completely useless. Of course, no one will respond to your complaints, we tried.
