Unbelievable, you make a reservation for a specific day, there will be an email that the rental company will confirm and you will not hear about them again. Total amateurs !!!

Hned na začátku mě překvapila kauce 21 000 Kč. Je v obchodních podmínkách zmíněna, ale mělo by to být jasně a viditelně řečeno dopředu a taky v jaké výši. V mailech, které příjdou po rezervaci není o kauci ani zmínka. Při vracení vozidla zaměstnanci Sixtu zjistil poškození čelního skla (tečka od kamínku), které se na mně pokusili hodit. Bohužel pro ně, jsem měl fotku pořízenou při převzetí, kde poškození bylo jasně patrné. Toto jednání považuji za absolutně neprofesionální, ne-li pokus o podvod. V době digitálních fotoaparátu by měla auto půjčovna sama dokumentovat stav vozu před vyzvednutím a ne pak zkoušet jestli náhodou ze zákazníka ještě neco nevyrazí. Vřele nedoporučuji !!!
My experience SIXT Prague h.l.n .:
Right at the beginning I was surprised by a deposit of 21 000 CZK. It is mentioned in business terms, but it should be clearly and visibly stated in advance and in what amount. There is no mention of bail in the mails that arrive after booking. When returning the vehicle to Sixt, he found out the windshield damage (a stone dot) they tried to throw on me. Unfortunately for them, I had a photo taken at takeover, where the damage was clearly noticeable. I consider this conduct to be absolutely unprofessional, if not fraudulent. At the time of digital cameras, the car rental company itself should document the condition of the car before picking up and not then test whether it accidentally leaves the customer. Highly recommended !!!
