Pujcili jsme si celkem 4 sety vybaveni na lyze na celou sezonu za xy penez. Byla mezi nimi i nova bila helma. Tu jsme vraceli ve funkcnim stavu ale pouzitou osoupanou beznym pozivani i skladovani pri cestivani...nic z toho nemeli vliv na funkci. Pani z nas udelala absolutni kazisvety kteri nemaji uctu k pujcenym vecem. No pripadal jsem si strasne a protoze slo o starsi pani pravdepodobne o matku majitele tak jsem z ucty k ni nechal bez radneho komentare ale pouze jsem chtel zavolat vedouciho...to nedopadlo. Skoda pristi rok bude taky snih a 5ti clenou rodinu co potrebuje komplet sety na celou sezonu treba nekde uvitaji. I'll probably never go there again ... the lady sent us out that we destroyed the equipment ... specifically the helmet. We borrowed a total of 4 sets of ski equipment for the whole season for xy money. Among them was a new helmet. Here we returned in working order, but the used shelled, regular invitations and storage during travel ... none of this affected the function. The lady made us absolute spoilers who have no respect for borrowed things. Well, I felt terrible and because it was an older lady, probably the owner's mother, so I left out of respect for her without a good comment, but I just wanted to call the manager ... it didn't work out. Skoda next year will also be snow and 5 family members who need a complete set for the whole season should be welcomed somewhere.

D	Darina Novotná on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Starší paní nezvládá obsluhovat pokud je více lidí, působí zmateně. 3x jsem připomínala, že chceme kromě lyží půjčit i helmy, přesto na to paní zapomněla a po tom jak preskakovala z jedněch zákazníků na druhé aniž by byli obslouzeni a tak se v malém prostoru uvolnilo místo, jsem o to již neměla zájem An older lady does not manage to serve if there are more people, she is confused. 3x I reminded that we want to hire helmets in addition to skiing, but the lady forgot about it and after jumping from one customer to the other without being serviced and so in a small space loosened space I was no longer interested
M	Michaela Kubíčková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Každá lyže seřízena na jinou velikost boty a váha na dospělého člověka nastavena na 35 kg. Výška, váha, věk a zdatnost samozřejmě předem předána písemně. Nepříjemná zkušenost zjistit to bohužel až u sjezdovky. Za nové seřízení jsem sice 20 EUR na horách platit nemusela, takže jsem věc nijak neřešila, ale od paní v prodejně jsem očekávala větší sebereflexi, než jen sklopit hlavu a odpověď, no tak já jim to teda řeknu…v rámci zdraví si člověk uvědomí, že levný servis není vše. Each ski is adjusted to a different shoe size and the weight per adult is set at 35 kg. Height, weight, age and fitness of course passed in writing in advance. Unfortunately, it is an unpleasant experience to find out at the ski slope. Although I didn't have to pay EUR 20 in the mountains for the new adjustment, so I didn't deal with the matter, but I expected more self-reflection from the lady in the store than just lowering my head and answer, so I'll tell them… that cheap service is not everything.
