Chápu, že je firma rodinná a s ohledem na jednu akci ročně nemá online předprodej, ale bylo by fajn mít možnost zaplatit např. přes účet a po doložení dokladu/připsání částky zaslat vstupenky doporučeně a ne jen na dobírku. Navíc, pokud používáte pro doručování poštu, bylo by fajn, kdybyste zákazníkovi po odeslání poslali do e-mailu podací číslo zásilky, aby mohl zásilku sledovat, případně si ji nechal přeposlat jinam.

I understand that the company is family and with regard to one event a year does not have online pre-sale per year, but it would be nice to be able to pay, for example, through an account and after proving the document / crediting the amount to send tickets by registered mail and not just cash on delivery. In addition, if you use mail for delivery, it would be nice if you sent the customer the delivery number of the shipment by e-mail after sending so that he could track the shipment or have it forwarded elsewhere.
