★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shrnutí: vadné kusy, špatné doporučení a po zjištění problému velmi špatná komunikace a bez řešení.
Kupoval jsem zimní gumy (na konci srpna), dostal jsem dvě pěkné zimní (rok 19, 2 roky staré, vzorek 7.5mm) a dvě celoroční - pán se asi překouknul. Při přezouvání v servisu (ano, až v půlce listopadu) se ukázalo, že celoroční se nesmí montovat v kombinaci se zimními a že jedna ze dvou zimních je děravá z boku (evidentně po bouračce, proto nebyly k dispozici 4). Po odjezdu ze sercisu, kde jsem musel koupit 4 nové gumy, jsem se chtěl s Martinem domluvit na vrácení. Komunikace začala váznout a přes původní sliby přestal brát telefony a odmítl se sejít. Víc štěstí ostatním kupujícím.
Summary: defective pieces, bad recommendations and after finding the problem very poor communication and no solution.
I bought winter tires (at the end of August), I got two nice winter tires (year 19, 2 years old, sample 7.5 mm) and two year-round - the gentleman probably got over it. During the change of service (yes, only in the middle of November) it turned out that the year-round must not be assembled in combination with the winter ones and that one of the two winter ones is leaky from the side (obviously after the demolition, therefore 4 were not available). After leaving sercis, where I had to buy 4 new tires, I wanted to arrange a return with Martin. Communication began to falter and despite the original promises, he stopped taking the phones and refused to meet. More luck to other buyers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pan Havlicek je jediny duvod proc znovu zvazuji koupi Renault auta. Jezdil jsem s Renault Traffic a nejen ze opravy byli cenove velmi fer, pan Havlicek a jeho mechanici poradi i opravi. Co v Ceske republice neni zvykem bohuzel je prijemne jednani - ktere tu naleznete. Diky
Mr. Havlicek is the only reason to reconsider buying a Renault car. I drove with Renault Traffic and not only the repairs were very expensive, Mr. Havlicek and his mechanics will advise and repair. What is not customary in the Czech Republic is unfortunately a pleasant course - which you will find here. Thanks
