Suffice it to say that the refrigerator is probably worth writing off. I asked on the phone for a preliminary price estimate, it was not communicated to me. The gentleman arrived, pulled out a digi thermometer, measured the temperature in the fridge and in the freezer, stated that the device was dead and for the extremely strenuous work he took almost 600 CZK, which is said to go to Nový Jičín. If I knew it was enough to have a thermometer, a driver's license and you could make a living repairing refrigerators, I left school at 18 and went to do it.

He paid 300 CZK for the greeting and communication about the purchase of a new refrigerator (when I note the refrigerator works, he did nothing). After requesting the document, he requested CZK 500 plus VAT. A REALLY INCREDIBLE APPROACH. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The fridge does not work. It was March 3, 2021, write to me on e-mail, so I write and nothing. Then I called him, again that the fridge wasn't working, so after a long time he decided to come with his bag on his back or take it off and told me to spin the wheel as long as I could. So I told him that my fridge was still going without shutting down, so he told me that it was normal for it to go that way. of course it is different, I know what I have switched on and nothing has changed in the time I have lived, I do not have more electrical devices at home. He was there with me for maybe 5 minutes and he went with something moving and he didn't even go to take his bag off his back. So I call him until the third time again and write to meil and it's actually 5 months that according to him the fridge should go, but it doesn't work !!! I do not recommend this gentleman to anyone, who probably doesn't even understand his work and only collects money from people without repairs, and who knows what goes into the refrigerator at all, that it works so badly.
