Nice selection of goods, helpful staff, helpful approach, quick purchase. They just shouldn't skimp on air conditioning ... it was hot, they were ventilating through the entrance.

Jednou nám řekli, že nemají soda stream bombičky, ale můžou nabídnout bombičky Limo Bar. S tím, že pak budeme muset měnit jen za Limo Bar. Dobře. V tu chvíli je člověk rád, že je nějaká alternativa a nemusí do jiného obchodu. Limo Bar ,můžete měnit jen v Okay elektru. Nikde jinde neseženete. Což je chytré, ale to nám tehdy neřekli. Teď nám již došla trpělivost, kdy víc jak tři měsíce posloucháme, že bombičky nejsou a čekají na dodání. Ano, víc jak tři měsíce!!!! Za soda stream samozřejmě vyměnit nechtějí a jinou kompenzaci nám nenabídli. Když už zákazníka připoutáte tím, že mu vnutíte bombičku, kterou jinde nevymění... Měli by jste se zachovat trochu solidněji. Jeden z prodavačů se nám vyloženě vysmál do tváře, při sdělování, že bombičky nejsou. Chodili jsme tam co 14 dní a pořád stejná pohádka. A bez nabídky jiného řešení. Což nás mrzí nejvíc. Na Okay jsme se vykašlali, bombičku jsme jim tam nechali a zašli ke konkurenci koupit novou bombičku. They once told us that they don't have soda stream bombs, but they can offer Limo Bar bombs. With the proviso that we will only have to change for a Limo Bar. Good. At that moment, one is glad that there is an alternative and does not have to go to another store. Limo Bar, you can only change in Okay electr. You won't find it anywhere else. Which is smart, but they didn't tell us then. Now we have run out of patience, when we listen for more than three months that the bombs are not and are waiting for delivery. Yes, more than three months !!!! Of course, they do not want to exchange for the soda stream and did not offer us any other compensation. When you tie a customer by forcing a bomb on him that he won't exchange elsewhere ... You should be a little more solid. One of the salesmen laughed outright in the face, announcing that the bombs weren't. We went there every 14 days and still the same fairy tale. And without offering another solution. Which we regret the most. We coughed up Okay, we left the bomb there and went to the competition to buy a new bomb.
