★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obsluha a pece o zakaznika 0. Prisli jsme do prodejny, ktera zavira v 20.00, v 19.20 bylo jiz vytreno a peticlena obsluha se chystala pomalu zavirat. Nacez velmi hlasite jeden z prodavacu pronesl: “Takze muzu znova vytirar.” Pokud je do 20 hod. znamena to, ze zakanik uz nemuze vstoupit po 19 hod?! Nemluve o tom, ze skupina prodavacu stala v kruhu a bavila se jako u posezeni u piva a ani jeden se nezeptal, zdali nam muze s necim poradit. I u pokladny si neodpustili dost hloupe poznamky. Uz nikdy! Management by se mel zamyslet, jake ma zamestnance…
