★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm very upset with this company. 3 weeks ago ago rent a car, the service was OK. But, as in any other company they blocked me 200€. The problem is that this money has not been cancelled and, so, I lost the money.
I've been talking with the guy who serviced me, Alexandr, but he has not been very interested on solving the problem, he directed me to the payment company, and they don't reply...
I'm very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a very pleasant experience! We came to Prague first time having a family holiday. After seen most of the tourist attraction in the city, we decided to venture out to the countryside of beautiful Czech and rented a car from ExpressRentCZ. The car was promptly delivered to our hotel at 8am sharp! When we came back to the city at night, we were worried about leaving car at the street parking then get damaged by accident. So we called the owner and asked if we could returned the car the same night. The owner kindly waited at the premises and after we handed over the car, offered a free drop off to our hotel as well! Really nice young man;-) Good to do business with!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hired a car with Alexandr and everything went really smoothly. Alexandr dropped the car to us at our hotel and we then went away for a few days around the north of the Czech Republic. Car was great, communication via email, phone and WhatsApp was easy and fast. We returned the car to the bus station which was really convenient as we were leaving from there and had all our stuff. Alexandr was so flexible and accommodating for us. Recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was so smooth, professional and very friendly and nice. Actually the best car rental experience so far! We had a car delivered to the hotel and we could pay for the car with card. After that we could leave the car in nearest parking and leave the keys in our hotel reception, I can't imagine more conveient way! Also we got some advice for the parking, paid roads and gas stations. We are very happy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arranged at hotel for car and everything worked out perfect. Car was delivered promptly at 8 am by Alex (as promised) and we were asked to inform him when we were two hours away on our trip back. When we arrived at hotel, Alex showed up and did all the paper in minutes. Very good service!!! Car was great too and had an added bonus of GPS which was amazing! Highly recommend this service

Not only was he early for our scheduled meeting time, but he explained everything in easy to understand detail and was extremely professional during our initial interaction. After handing me the keys, he was available for questions, and responded immediately when i had them.
Alex was extremely friendly, knowledgable, and made the process VERY easy and enjoyable.
Also, the car was clean, worked great, and was fun to drive.
Overall, a great company with a great service. Will use again and again when needed and available!
