★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rental taxi velke zklamani. Auto sem si pujcil s tim ze po 3 mesicich mi snizi cenu protoze startovala zbytecne vysoko. Po 3 mesicich mi bylo sdeleno ze po automobilu Skoda Octavia s automatickou prevodovkou je velky " hlad " a cenu mi nesnizi. Servis v prubehu pronajmu fungoval tez otresne. Problemy jako kvileni brzd ktere obtezovalo me i zakaznily jednoduse nevyresili takze jsem to po nekolila urgencich vzdal. Prvni auto bylo co mesic v servisu a to me naopak uz obtezovalo protoze jsem jezdil na sve naklady a cely proces byl casove velmi narocny. Vrchol vseho bylo kdyz jsem zjistil ze mi firma neposkytla vsechny faktury a pri urgovani o ne mi bylo sdeleno ze je nedostanu do te doby dokavat neuhradim nejake pokuty. Bylo mi poskytnuto pouze cislo uctu a suma. Zadne doklady prokazujici pokuty. Pri dalsim nalehaniˇ mi zaslali jakysi pokuty ktere ale neodpovidali necemu realneho a bylo jich pouze 5 z udajnych 10. Nakonec jsem cely problem musel vyresit s ceskou obchodni inspekci protoze s Rental Taxi nebylo mozne se dohodnout a misto mi poskytnuti faktur mi bylo telefonicky vyhrozovano. Uprime by me zajimalo kde sebraly tak vysoke hodnoceni protoze z meho okoli naji otresne zlusenosti temer vsichni.
Rental taxi great disappointment. I borrowed the car with the fact that after 3 months I reduced the price because it started too high. After 3 months I was told that the car Skoda Octavia with automatic transmission is a big "hunger" and I do not cut the price. Service during the lease also worked awfully. Problems such as the howling of the brakes that bothers me and forbid simply did not solve so I did not give up after a few urgencies. The first car was in service every month and it has been difficult for me because I was driving on my cargo and the whole process was very time consuming. The top of everything was when I found out that the company did not provide me all the invoices and when urging about them I was told that I will not be able to prove that I will not pay any fines. I was given only the account number and the sum. No documents proving fines. At the next insistence, they sent me some fines, but they did not correspond to something real and there were only 5 of the alleged 10th. I would be wondering where they collected such a high rating because of my surroundings find the appalling mischief almost everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi profesionální a čestný servis. Rezervovali jsme vůz přes formulář. Náš řidič byl velmi příjemný. Doporučuji ! Měli bezplatné Wi-Fi ve voze a řidič byl velmi ochotý s naložením našich zavazadel.
Very professional and honest service. We booked the car through the form. Our driver was very nice. I recommend ! They had free Wi-Fi in the car and the driver was very helpful with loading our luggage.
