R	Robin Heger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naše zkušenost s makléřkou Gabrielou Javanskou z této firmy je hrozná.Makléřka neměla informace o pronajímané nemovitosti,další 2 dny nezvedala telefon a po několika urgencích poslala pouze sms a dál se už neozvala.PS:provize pro makléře 11500kc. Our experience with the broker Gabriela Javanská from this company is terrible.
E	Ester Babničová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Radím všem, této "realitce" se vyhnout velikým obloukem. Pí Javánská se nás pokusila okrást o 70.000,-(odměna+nájem). Byli jsme údajně vybráni jako vhodní nájemci do baráčku. V den kdy jsme měli jít podepsat smlouvu jsme paní poprosili, zda se můžeme na baráček ještě jednou v klidu podívat a rozvrhnout si nábytek, ale baráček stále chceme a zálohu zaplatíme ten den. Načež realiťačka prohlásila, že jde za 2 hodiny podepsat smlouvu s druhými zájemci, že jsme teď pochybili a přes to nejede vlak. V ten okamžik s námi přestala komunikovat a když už to zvedla z cizího čísla byla velmi vulgární. Sehnali jsme si tedy kontakt na majitelku domu(která v podvodu jede evidentně s ní) která nám řekla, že o ničem neví, žádnou paní z realitky nezná ale po minutě telefonování ji najednou znala a o všem věděla. Samozřejmě už se ani jedna neozvala. V den kdy jsme se byli na baráček podívat, tam byli čtyři skupinky zájemců, a jestli na ně zkusili to samé co na nás a oni je neprokoukli, tak si podvodníci přišli na pěkné peníze. At that moment, she stopped communicating with us, and when she picked it up from someone else's number, she was very vulgar. So we got in touch with the owner of the house (who is obviously going with her in the scam) who told us that she didn't know anything, she didn't know any real estate lady, but after a minute of calling she suddenly knew her and knew everything. Of course, neither came back. The day we went to see the house, there were four groups of people, and if they tried the same thing on us and they didn't look at them, the fraudsters came up with a lot of money. Nepřímo přes ně jsme řešili zařízení pronájmu bytu, neumí ani poslat/sepsat správný vzor smlouvy, někteří jejich "realitní makléři" Vám vyloženě lžou a podávají nesprávné nebo neúplné informace, na poslední chvíli mění termíny a odpovědné osoby, se kterými zprostředkování pronájmu řešíte atd. Ne nadarmo mají takto "skvělé" hodnocení. Už nikdy více. Velká chyba.

Sent us a confirmation text message on the day to view a property, then kept us waiting in front of the house in the freezing cold in the evening just to send us a message telling us to go away because the house had already been rented. The guy didn’t even have the decency to pick up the phone to give us an explanation or to apologize. Terrible customer service and lack of professionalism. Avoid at all costs.
