C	Cassie Silva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had previously requested a room with a balcony, which not only did we receive, but we were able to check in four hours early! The bed and bathroom were quite large, and very pretty. The bed was really comfortable too. The staff were quite nice, but the breakfast could have been a bit better (with hot dishes and coffee). The location is less than 200m from the nearest metro stop, and only a 15 min walk to Wenceslas Square. It's also close to a lot of restaurants and shops.
A	Adam Kerry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at the reception desk were very helpful and it was manned 24/7, they were happy to answer any questions about the city. Breakfast was available from 7-30 till 10-30 so you have a good time range. The rooms are very big and the beds are comfy, could maybe do with some more pillows but I'm sure we could have asked. Bathroom was big and the shower was nice and hot and had a shower gel dispenser which was good. Fresh towels and sheets every day it seemed which was nice after a long day. Only real issue was the cleanliness of the room; under the bed and on the bedside desk and drawers there was a lot of dust and dirt which wasn't very nice to put stuff on. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay again, just think a hoover is needed!
K	Kent Snyder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure why there would be any bad reviews of this lovely hotel. The staff is lovely and speak English very well. The rooms are clean and well maintained. This is not a 5 star hotel but they aren't charging a 5 star price. It is really quite a bargain for such a nice European style hotel. I am more than satisfied with the accomodations and will recommend LaFenice to my friends without reservation. - close to city center - friendly staff - generous and tasty breakfast - very clean - tasteful decoration - beautiful view of city park - great value for your money - secure - public transport right out front - no iron - who cares? - no parking - take public transport In my opinion a great place at a great value! No jokes!

How ever the parking fee is quite overpriced compared if you book it your self on the website, there is plenty of parking spaces on the street, had little or no inconvenience at all. Rooms are quite small, but bathrooms are big, while the hotel accepts pet and there is a surcharge here for it's a pitty that the hotel doesn't offer bigger rooms for pet companion. Rooms are not sounds proof though, as you are able to hear hallway talk and passage. Staff and breakfast are nice

Rooms were clean and larger then expected. No matter what time you come back they are willing to help you if you need. Parking is street parking and not in a lot, but for being in the center of it all gladly park on the street.
D	De3DPrintman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and relaxed hotel with large clean rooms. It has a oldschool Italian looking vibe and the floors in the hotel rooms are beautiful. The personnel is friendly and willing to help with anything. They serve a good breakfast and you can find coffee and tea in your room. Tram and Metro are really near and everything you might need is findable within 5 minutes. We will return here for sure.

Our room was quite plain, and the otherwise great breakfast doesn't offer much to eat for vegans. Also the price at the hotel was higher due to some odd exchange rate they used, so one star off my rating because of those. However, the staff was really friendly and fixed the problem with our shower tap quickly. Also there are plenty of great breakfast options even for vegans nearby the hotel. The location is fab because of good connections with the metro and tram.

And of course they blame the problem on Covid although they advertise this hotel location to be available on booking websites. The booking sites should not allow this joke hotel to continue this scam. Avoid this hotel because of their dirty and dishonest business practices.
