★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great apartment hotel with all amenities and parking. Washroom has shattaff for commode. That is my reason for choosing the hotel. Good for Asians and Arabs.
Parking and breakfast are at a reasonable price. Close to bus stop and metro stops. Accommodating staff. Breakfast really good.

The rooms and bathroom are big.
All things in rooms are new. ( dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine with dryer, microwave, oven ,electric stove)
Available parking.
Excellent breakfast in local restaurant.
Good value for money
- Air conditioner available only in salon ( with kitchen)
Second room without air conditioner / cooling fan.
Very noisy outside the window, so it is impossible to sleep with open window…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stay in Prague. Helpful staff and great standard of rooms including all necessary equipment. It seems far from the center but in fact it is like 20-25 minutes away. Bus stops and tram stops are nearby. I can honestly recommend that Residence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really comfy rooms with everything you may need during your stay in Prague. Very polite and helpfull staff. Not far from the tram stop and about 20 min from the old town. We enjoyed our stay there and would be happy to come back one day ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stay. The room was comfortable with great amenities and public transpotation is right outside. Located in a quiet suburban area but only 30 minutes from the old town by transit. There is a large Tesco just up the road with everything you need. The breakfast is beyond excellent. The staff are just lovely. We will definitely return here next time we are in Prague.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel with good facilitate and breakfast. We are quite happy staying there. The location is little bit far away from the city but fine with trams and buses. The parking space is very secure and parking fee is very cheap. We will chose this hotel again if we come back to Prague.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only small minus for me: parking in the garage required some driving skills i was unfortunately missing... :)
Overall, it is definetly an amazing place for everyone who is visiting Prague for business and not only business. The staff was helpful, the breakfast was outstanding, the rooms and kitchen supplies - superb. Our team (who mainly have no issues with parking) was definetly satisfied.
