P	Petr Lang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hezke prostredi, katastrofalni servis, sedeli jsme u stolu ve vice lidech a odchazeli postupne, platil jsem u pokladny 181,- Kč za dva dzusy, perlivou vodu a espresso, kolegovi od stolu pak byla tato castka nauctovana jeste jednou s tim, ze pry jsme odesli bez zaplaceni... Nice environment, disastrous service, we sat at a table with more people and left gradually, I paid at the cashier 181, - CZK for two juices, sparkling water and espresso, a colleague from the table then this amount was honored once again with the fact that we sent without payment ...
V	Viky S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super káva, připravená tak, jak má být. příjemná obsluha. Jediné minus bych dala za hlasitou hudbu, ale nevadí. Ráda přijdu znovu. :-) Super coffee, prepared as it should be. pleasant service. The only minus would be the loud music, but it doesn't matter. I'd love to come again. :-)
L	Lubomír Baláž on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horší obsluhu jsem ještě nezažil. Mladá slečna byla komunikativní asi jako můj syn kterého nemám. Nevím, zda se slečna pro danou práci narodila. Objednaný pomerančový fresh, ředěný pomerančovým džusem ? Mňamka. I have never experienced worse service. The young lady was as communicative as my son I don't have. I don't know if the young lady was born for the job. Ordered orange fresh, diluted with orange juice? Yummy.
P	Pavel Treskoň on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kavárnu nedoporučuji. Zákusky byly oschlé a ceny zde jsou jako v centru Prahy, což by bylo v pořádku, jen kdyby tomu odpovídala kvalita. Obsluha byla cítit kouřem z Iqos, což taky nebylo zrovna příjemné. Vím že je kavárna Iqos friendly, ale u obsluhy mi to vadilo. I do not recommend the cafe. The desserts were dry and the prices here are like in the center of Prague, which would be fine if only the quality matched it. The staff smelled of smoke from Iqos, which was not very pleasant either. I know that the Iqos café is friendly, but I didn't mind the staff.
V	Veronika Plesníková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnešní návštěva byla jedno velké zklamání. Dali jsme si s přítelem Mojito a Aperol Spritz. Aperol bez pomeranče, kyselé a Mojito přeslazené klasickým bílým cukrem, i když se servírka hádala, že je to třtinový. Následně protočila oči, když šla pro účet (velká nevýhoda dveře s odrazem). Také dělám za barem a vím, ale nechali jsme ji při tom. Zaplatili jsme a odešli. Příště opravdu neee. Today's visit was one big disappointment. My friend Mojito and Aperol Spritz had a date. Aperol without orange, sour and Mojito sweetened with classic white sugar, although the waitress guessed it was cane. She then rolled her eyes as she went for the bill (a big drawback of the door with the reflection). I also work behind the bar and I know, but we left her at that. We paid and left. Really noee next time.
M	Markéta Zelená on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přijemné prostředí. Káva, limonáda i dort super. Obsluha byla ze začátku zamračená, ale později velmi příjemná. Také se mě zeptali, jestli chci kávu bez kofeinu (po shlédnutí mého těhotenského pupku), což je pozorné a oceňuji to. S lístkem přišli hned, stejně tak si pospíšili i s občerstvením. Ceny takové standardní pražské. Pleasant environment. Coffee, lemonade and super cake. The staff was frowning at first, but later very pleasant. They also asked me if I wanted decaffeinated coffee (after seeing my pregnancy navel), which is thoughtful and I appreciate it. They came with the ticket right away, as well as in a hurry. Prices of such standard Prague.

I	Iris Ka-Yan Bakalar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appalling service. I asked for a non-alcoholic pina colada (as per the menu) and was sharply told, "No. This is no alcohol!" I did not understand why I could not order something from the non-alcoholic section of the menu, so I said, "Yes. Why can't I have this?" Again I was snapped at, "No. No alcohol! No. No juice." At last I understood her that they don't currently have the right ingredients. So I turned to the next part of the menu and asked for an ice cream shake. Again, she told me sharply, "No! Not summer!" Because I'm apparently not allowed to order items from the menu unless it is the right season, despite it not being a seasonal menu. So in the end I asked for a coke. She tilted her head at me and said, "What? No hot wine?" Seriously? This woman should be fired and I told her I shall not be returning. For a cafe that's apparently just opened (this was at OC Stromovka last night), I'm astounded they couldn't care less about their customers. I am frankly appalled and disgusted at the behaviour and attitude of the staff. Me and my friend were the only customers there so it wasn't like she was busy or stressed for good reason. If something's on the menu, I should be able to order it. If the cafe cannot provide what is on the menu, the least the staff could do is explain nicely and make an apology. What I do not expect is to be told off - several times, I might add - for trying to order something from the menu provided.
