Excellent PLZEŇ and Tatarák! Service pleasant and helpful. Nice and new environment. The children also praised the homemade lemonade. They had raspberry and ginger and one was better than the other. The locals say that there is the best beer in Lipno and it will probably be true ?

We have been here once and enjoyed it very much. Therefore, we recommended this restaurant to guests from the guesthouse, where we sometimes work as staff. After today's experience we do not recommend it to anyone. The liver dumpling soup had dumplings and vegetables, but it was so hot with water. In stew, I was surprised that the plate was warm, but then I realized why. The meat that protruded above the surface of the stew was baked, what was in the sauce was soft. Just a very special combination, probably caused by a microwave. Worse, each piece of meat tasted a little different with a slight aftertaste. The only thing that stewed the stew was that it was slightly spicy and that I kept my beer with him. Fortunately, the rest of our table had a pork tenderloin that was well made. Just a pity that they were ordered in addition to the recommendation of pepper sauce, which was probably forgotten. Meat has been reported to be served on its own juice. That was probably, and pepper sauce meant that a few balls of pepper were added to that juice (about 3 tablespoons - after reading the wife's review (she had a doll), adjusting it to one spoon spread out across the plate). At the other tables, we noticed that the sauce was worn separately in cups, but we were already leaving. I gave 3 stars as the average of past and today's visits. Unfortunately, the quality is fluctuating. Interestingly, I read the reviews and sits, what people wrote here about a year ago.

The BouCZECH restaurant, which is part of the BouCZECH Hotel, is located in a beautiful environment for lovers of sports, tourism or recreation in Lipno nad Vltavou. After entering the restaurant, you will be interested in the spaces that this restaurant abounds in. Everything is directed to a wooden environment, which includes wooden furniture, flooring and solid wooden beams. And all this creates a cozy environment that you can't dislike. The menu is compiled from reasonably. It contains a few proven dishes that work for the customer and does not cause you as a consumer not to know what to choose from X dishes. But unfortunately, even if one would say that there is power in simplicity, the stone of injury also comes here. From my point of view, I definitely do not like the menu designed so that the customer feels that he pays little and as a result from the ordinary chicken steak it gets to almost 300, - CZK. For example, the compilation of the menu is as follows: Chicken steak 150, - you certainly can't eat it without anything, so you can choose from three sauces, each for 50, - so now you have a chicken slice topped with the chosen sauce, but still definitely you have a taste for the side dish in the form of potatoes, french fries or something to supplement, and you have it for another 50, - and if you want ketchup or tartare, let's add 30, -. From my point of view, it would be at least better to combine a chicken slice with a sauce and make a single price, even if 200 were written there, - but that is a matter of opinion. Evaluating the food itself brings mixed feelings. From the selection of something for beer, I chose a drowned man and I can't complain there, a good drowned man and enough bread to bite into. If I evaluated the garlic, which had no taste, it met expectations, but unfortunately the visual side was not so satisfactory ... Why ?? Well, if we read loose cheese and toasted bun in the menu, then we don't expect sliced ​​soft bread and sliced ​​cheese thrown on top in a plate ... I really asked myself WHY ?? when it was good in taste. For the main course, if I omit the price, the cold sauce bothered me, which was again good in taste, but you really don't want a cold sauce for the chicken and side dish, it will completely change the enjoyment of a good meal. And it wasn't just me. The service was pleasant and fast to that I have nothing to complain about when it comes to caring for the customer at the table. Even when I only wanted a small beer and a big one was served to me :). The bartender prepared drinks quickly and quickly tapped them and the serving was fast, so great coordination. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the conclusion. This is due to the fact that the waiter was not stupid to throw an extra beer into my spending, even though he was given a tip. This is simply not done to make the customer pay for something he did not have.
