Обслуговування, як у їдальні - треба підходити з підносом, і потім його відносити. Їжу готують швидко, але вона несмачна - по суті, це розігріті страви з морозилки, як у кіоску з фаст-фудом. Отже, порекомендувати цей заклад важко, але якщо зголодніли під час прогулянки зоопарком, то можна щось перехопити. Food is prepared quickly, but it is tasteless - in fact, it is heated dishes from the freezer, like in a kiosk with fast food. So, it is difficult to recommend this institution, but if you are hungry while walking through the zoo, you can intercept something.

Totálně syrové maso v hovězím burgru, hranolky přesmažené snad třikrát. Dětské menu ani nemluvit. Promenádujíci se zde totálně špinavý kuchaři, na chuti taky nepřidají. Nechutné a vyhozené peníze. Totally raw meat in a beef burger, french fries fried maybe three times. Children's menu don't even talk. Totally dirty chefs walking around here do not add to the taste either. Jediná vyloženě do očí bijící věc je nabídka suvenýrů, která cílí na malé zákazníky a je hned u vchodu. Měli jsme tu příležitost vyzkoušet si tuto restauraci v den, kdy byla zoo téměř prázdná - v restauraci jsme byli sami. Obsluha byla příjemná a ochotná, jen osobně nemusím, když si jde kuchař ihned po uvaření jídla zakouřit a pak se baví se zbytkem personálu, kde zrovna o víkendu slavili a co dělali. Chápu, respektuji, jen to k chuťovému zážitku příliš nepřidalo. Cena je vyšší, nicméně všechno bylo v pořádku a je na zvážení zda jste za “smažák z bistra” ochotni dát 160,- Kč. Tip: Přes zimu mají restaurace v zoo zavřeno, přidávám leták otevřených občerstvení včetně datumů. Classic fast food in the Zoo with plastic trays. The service was pleasant and helpful, I just don't have to personally when the chef goes to smoke right after cooking and then has fun with the rest of the staff, where they just celebrated at the weekend and what they did. I understand, I respect, it just didn't add much to the taste experience. The price is higher, however, everything was fine and it is up to you whether you are willing to give 160 CZK for a "fryer from the bistro". Tip: During the winter, the restaurants in the zoo are closed, I am adding a leaflet of open snacks, including dates.
