Eine Katastrophe/ A disaster I really hate to give bad reviews because I always give companies a second chance. You know, everybody could have a bad day so I often visit places for a second time. The second time was an even worse experience than my first visit. I was there with some of my friends. It was on a Sunday at lunchtime. We ordered drinks and soups. The waiter and waitress had been nice until they recognized that we just wanted a snack. I have ordered half a litre of soda water, which came in a carafe (what is quite nice) and a sprite. But we didn't even got a glass for the drinks. No glass for the sprite nor the water. The water forgot some of the orders, which can happen, but didn't bring any glasses either. Both the waiter and the waitress were more than unmotivated and showed us and other guests that we are all in the wrong place. When we got the soups the tastet like water, no salt, no pepper no no tiniest piece of herb have ever met this bowl of hot water. we had to send the soups back. The waiter didnt want to know what is wrong. We found out that he was used to that, because all the other guest complained about their soups. The just nodded their heads and took them with them. No sorry, even when they knew. So whenever you are in Cesky Krumlov never visit this restaurant, even when the place is nice they just want to make an easy dollar with tourists, which is a shame.

I don’t know why this doesn’t have a higher rating—our meal was fantastic! We had a delicious Czech meal of both the duck and the fried chicken breast. My husband loves duck and said this is some of the best he’s had. They also have English descriptions for each item which was very helpful.

I rarely give reviews but this was abysmal......after 30 minutes of waiting for our order (beer and 2dcl of wine) we decided to leave. On our way out I overheard waiters discussing if someone has brought us our drinks and while seeing us leave they went "nevermind...they are leaving". No apology, no nothing....

If I could put zero stars, I would do that. This one star is only for location. The worst place I've ever been. It is hard to spoil chicken wings but they succeed - I suppose they brought us the wings they cooked several days ago, the salad looked and tasted awful, Aperol Spritz didn't contain any aperol at all only the beer seemed OK but for 60 CZK you expect better. The prices are super high. The staff was OK but our mood was spoiled by the horrible quality of food and drinks. Never go there, guys.

Same meal, asked on medium... And the staff isn't on the top. Actually I should be pleased to be able to eat here...

Visit with 24 people, got fat Karph, Service was terrible, forgot 30% of our order, further order were not processed. Waiter was complaining that he had to work today.. We wanted to spend 3-4 hours but left hungry after one...

Typical tourist trap. Beside the poor meal quality, the staff is unfriendly. Greetings from good old communism. ?

The face and behaviour of the waitress made our family of 13 persons decide to leave. She looked at us like we bother her and threw the menu on our table. Ridiculous place, definitely NOT recommended.
