★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices like in the Old Town of Prague, but at least the café makes a halfway decent cappuccino (65kr) which is not a given in this part of the world. We didn't try the food here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for coffee only and was a mistake. 350 Kč (~€ 13) for 2 iced coffees (with whipped cream and ice cream, which in fact makes it completely different drink including carbohydrates ... difficult when somebody has diabetes and wasn't informed) and espresso for a price of 2 in Prague. Coffee itself smells old and overbrewed, unfortunately also typical taste for places where bartenders don't take care of brewing machine. Dissapointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Together with my wife I had lunch at the Restaurant Maxant. The Waiter was very polite and spoke german. The meals tasted delicous and the desert were realy good! We can recommend the Restaurant and the coffee!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Possibly the only pleasant place to eat and grab a coffee around here. Food is great but what really stands out is the polite staff, good manners at this level are rare in these small country towns. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I drove to Frymburg from Germany with a friend of mine and we were both very pleased with the good meals that we received! It tasted really good and was obviously cooked with fresh and high quality ingredients! We paid only around ten euros and had a good meal, which came with a free appetizer on the house, a drink each, as well as a very good Absynth!
