★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 návštěvy podniku mě utvrdily v tom, že sem na jídlo ne, maximálně na pivo. Jídlo je těžká nostalgie 80 let, ale bohužel ne zrovna nejlépe uděláno. Knedlíky kupované, masa málo, brambory jen uvařené ve vodě, nijak nedochucené, celkově by si jídlo zasloužilo mnohem větší péči. Nostalgii na 80 prožijete i po tom, kdy si rozbalíte příbor zabalený do ubrousku, který je tak silně utažený, že se vám potrhá a nejspíš i zůstane na příboru. Hvězdu navíc musím dát za dobré pivo nebo točený, ovocný birell. O trubky se starají. Kuchyň by ovšem zasloužila kartáč od Pohlreicha.
3 visits to the company confirmed to me that I am not here for food, at most for beer. Food is a heavy nostalgia for 80 years, but unfortunately not exactly the best done. Dumplings bought, little meat, potatoes only boiled in water, not flavored, overall, the food deserves much more care. You will experience nostalgia at 80 even after you unpack the cutlery wrapped in a napkin that is so tight that it will tear and most likely remain on the cutlery. In addition, I have to give the star a good beer or a draft, fruity birell. They take care of the pipes. However, the kitchen would deserve a brush from Pohlreich.
