★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was visiting Ayer Karlovy Vary (Termas de Carlos) in Czech Republic. A Small city known wellness treatment and hot Springs. I decided to eat in Restaurant Promenada. It is a good place, with a relaxing environment to eat ( background music was also good). Meals with good presentation and the attention of waiters also good.
Reason I give just 2 stars is because after paying and leave the city I noticed they charged us twice beverages on the bill (see the picture....more than 20 additional €), so pls. If you decide to go, when receiving the bill, always check it to not receive surprise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is exceptional. Food is awesome. Our server arranged a plate of sumptuous vegetables for each of the 3 vegetarians in our party as well as a plate of white asparagus with hollandaise sauce for the table, which were not on the menu. He also got separate vegetarian amuse bouche for them. The wine recommendation was excellent.
Great place for a classy meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ended up here by chance and were so glad we did! The food was exquisitely good and the service very friendly and elegantly stylish. And very reasonable prices by American standards, if apparently a bit higher than some other penny-pinching reviewers expected! What's the point of visiting Karlovy Vary if not to dine in style? Our server had a slight mishap with a wine glass but handled it very efficiently. A generous special vegetarian main dish was prepared upon request. Czech riesling wine was the perfect accompaniment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let's start with positive - this restaurant was children friendly (they had colouring books ready and staff was great with kids) and they are dog friendly. Also, the staff was friendly, attentive and helpful. Unfortunately the food was totally overpriced for what they offer - don't get me wrong, it was all made from high quality ingredients but it was like the chef recently went through COVID, lost sense of taste and was afraid to use salt or any other spices for that matter.
