An absolutely great evening! Service was on the spot, the venue comfortable and the MUSIC was wonderful! We had such a warm inclusive evening of entertainment with charming and talented musicians and guests from around the world! The food was comforting and well presented. Surprises abound!

An amazing night of great music and delicious food. My wife and I came here on a whim after searching for a place to see live music in Prague on a Monday night. After an adventurous journey from the city center riding trams and walking through an abandoned industrial area we were greeted with an herbal liqueur shot and Czech wine and beer that flowed all night. The three course meal was very tasty, but the best part of the night was the entertaining and crowd-inclusive music and dancing. Highly recommended.

My family (my wife, two teenage daughters, and me) visited this restaurant as members of a choir tour, having performed in central Prague earlier that day. What a wonderful time we had! The restaurant appears to have only one seating, at 7pm; perhaps 100-150 diners. The meal was billed as traditional Czech; it included what seemed like unlimited wine, a three-course meal (appetizer, main, and dessert; the main was a kebab with chicken and pork). A performing group did local dances (some with accompanying silent skits), live music, and interacted with the diners. At least two of the troupe spoke English very well, so they could announce what was happening. Many of the numbers required audience participation, including a brief dance lesson. If I say too much more, I'll spoil the surprises. I do not know if this was a Friday-only show, or every night is like this. The evening wrapped at 10pm. My daughters could not stop commenting on how much fun it was for the rest of the night. I don't know the cost, as it was bundled into our tour price, but it was three delightful hours of food, music, and fun. I'd love to be able to visit again someday.

A FANTASTIC dinner experience, the people were so kind and the food was delicious. And the standard carried through to daily life too. My grandma accidentally forgot her glasses there and we were leaving the next morning. They took my semi-frantic phone call late at night after closing time and agreed to meet me in the morning before opening to give me the glasses

We arrived with a tour group of two buses. As we entered the restaurant, we were told exactly where to sit and were pointed to two tables - one in the front near the entertainment and one in the back in a sort of side room. We, as a group, asked if there were any other tables to sit at and were told "No! Just two!" So, okay...we filled the two up. As the second part of our group came in they were told the same. To make a long story short - if you are unfortunate enough to get sat down in the back room you will not be able to see much of the entertainment and will not be asked to join in the merriment as often as if you were sitting in the main room. From the back room, only three out of approximately twenty-four guests in the back room were chosen. The food was okay at best...no one in any of the parties our evening were given a choice that we could see. The wait staff were just okay too. Not very friendly...no smiles. The entertainment was good for the ears...remember, we were in a back area so difficult to see. For what we paid, I would have rather asked around for another authentic restaurant closer to us and enjoyed the night view of Prague. The picture of the entertainment I am including was taken with a zoom lens and me standing up between the sets of tables... sorry no pictures of food

A funny and nice show. Good dinner and with a friendly atmosphere. Family friendly show. Big variation with the music.

Place was over crowded, a significant part of the cultural program was silly at best and musicians were below average when compared to similar programs we watched in Krakow and Budapest. Service was slow and some of the waiters were rude possibly because the house was full. Food was good though but overall experience was below average.

I had an extraordinary evening with a czech folklore music dinner night. Great local food which was stunning and the music was really fun and good. I danced, played instruments and made friends !!
