★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super nice staff, fast delivery. I got the pizza within 30 minutes I sent the order in. The pizza was yummy, although with the fluffy dough is very fulfilling. One pie was more than enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered pizza online with delivery today and I am glad I did that! I can definitely recommend this Pizza Hut place! I got my pizza fast. Was amazing and delicious! I've had this pizza a few times before and it was always delicate experience! Really special place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order arrived 30min late, pizza arrived cold. Its the 4th time I have used this service and everytime it has arrived late or had something wrong. I have even tried to feedback to the customer service dept who offered a 250CKR discount. I did not want the discount but just ask to improve the service. I only order from them as the kids want it and it always leaves them super hungry and disappointed. Go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you don’t speak Czech don’t go here. I ordered a pizza from here, never received it. I missed a call from the delivery guy, he never rung the door bell. I called him back and told him I didn’t speak czech, so he just starts going off on me in Czech, swearing (i know these in Czech) and everything, he must of been having a bad day. I sent in a complaint online and after a week of no response I decided to call, they told me they would let the store manager of the store know without ever taking any information from me or what store I order from.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered delivery via Wolt and was absolutely amazed! This is the real deal Pizza Hut pizza of your childhood. Do not order from the Pizza Hut Express shops - it's different pizza. The delivery was on time (in Smichov), the pizza was hot. I will definitely order from here again.
